Particularly good advice from Svend during weekend-hours. However, the same knowledge was not present when Svend had some days off during the regular week. All questions were referred to when Svend was back. Furthermore, when it came to packing and shipment, it worked out fine, except for when UPS took over, it was problematic to determine when and how the parcel would arrive. Track and Trace was unprcise, days changed underway, and it seemed like the uncertainty was created so that home delivery would be impossible to facilitate, hence I would ask for delivery to a UPS hub. Which I felt forced to do. But Telstar Surf was quite good.

I ordered and payed for a sail and I`m still waiting for tracking number 8 days later, when I asked for tracking number they said that the shipper does not provide one, on request about the status of the order I did not receive any answer. For 800 euro purchase it doesn`t seam wright. 70 Euro only for delivery...
