Turbo delivery, amazing 👍🤩😉
So one thing I unfortunately have to criticize first, which are the payment methods.😕
Unfortunately, the hassle when you have to pay the money immediately is a bit inconvenient because you have to transfer the money separately since it doesn't work with direct payment via Klarna, that should be changed.🙏
Now to the positive things, I was very surprised how fast the delivery was this time, I ordered and the next day the 1•3Kg and 1•1,5Kg were already with me, I call that class service.🤗
There was also a nice brochure but unfortunately no coupons, which I find unfortunate but can happen😉. Otherwise, I find the website is very well structured, you can find everything very easily.👍
All in all, a top site and a super offer.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🍀
PS: It's a shame I can't upload photos despite the jpg.😢

Finally found the perfect food for our dogs!
After a longer search and trying out various types of food, as well as cooking myself, I came across Platinum. Ordered cautiously at first to see how it would be accepted. Ordered wet food in small portions for our Chihuahuas. On the first day, I fed it briefly by hand, then I didn't need to do that anymore. It smells pleasant. Both accepted it, no diarrhea as I had feared, since one dog even got diarrhea after freshly cooked chicken, but a nice consistency. Now I have ordered the dry food and the treats. You have to be careful about the quantity, so the portion you feed, and read the description so you don't give too much. Let's see how they accept the new food. So far, I'm very satisfied and hope it stays that way. Both Chihuahuas are already over 10 years old and very picky.

Briard male Buddha 1 year old is happy
My Briard male Buddha, 1 year old, has so far always been picky about the food of other brands and sometimes ignored whole portions. I had to mix in various treats to persuade him to eat.
Already when opening the wet food from Platinum, he showed a lot of interest and now eats the 3 offered portions (mixed wet and dry food) daily with great pleasure. He then licks his coat and seems to say to me: Thank you, master, for finding the delicious food. Additionally, his breath odor has notably improved after a short time. As his weight, according to the vet and breeder, is at the lower limit and he should gain a bit more, he gets a little more than the calculated feeding recommendation.
I'm super satisfied and very grateful to a friend for this recommendation.

Super kibbles for picky dogs
My 4.5-year-old Australian Shepherd has been eating only your kibbles since he was 6 months old. It took me some time to find the 'right' kibbles (= the ones he finally agrees to eat), but since then he has only been eating Platinum. I buy the small packs to alternate the 4 flavors and he also loves your snacks. And in addition, you have improved the quality of your boxes, I no longer receive exploded parcels...! In Alsace, I buy the kibbles in store, but your brand is not sold in Brittany so I have them delivered and it works very well, fast delivery. Thank you! 😊

Completely Satisfied!
I have now ordered 2× 30kg, what can I say?\nMy 3 Bernese boys are absolutely wild about their food, one of the guys literally jumps beside me when I bring his bowl to his place.\nIn no time the bowls are empty and look rinsed, not a single crumb is left.\nThe stools are also considerably smaller since the change, before they were real minefields. All in all, the boys make a fitter and healthier impression on me, as one or the other previously often had heartburn, which now, it seems, is also a thing of the past.\nI am very happy with the Vetactiv Senior food.\nI can recommend it with a clear conscience.

Something for everyone's taste
My dogs may not like all the varieties, but the ones they do like, they love. I feed dry food mixed with a bit of wet food. Hardly set down and it's already gone. My cats also get the dry food and it is eaten gladly, we've never had issues with tolerance. No vomiting, diarrhea, or anything similar. I am definitely convinced by the smell, it is very pleasant for pet food, and the freshness and juiciness of the dry and wet food is great. You do try something different once in a while, but I don't do that anymore, I have found the perfect food. It's just a shame there isn't wet food available for cats. Also, it's worth mentioning that the service is also wonderful, quick, and customer-friendly help. Yes, the money-back guarantee works perfectly too; I used it quite a bit at the beginning when finding the right variety.

Platinum and nothing else
Platinum is the first dry food that our dog consistently enjoys eating. No matter which variety, he eats it. The coat looks good, digestion works perfectly. He doesn't stink, has no skin problems. We've had him for 2 years. He is a rescue dog. When he came, he got wet food from Rinti and always ate with \"long teeth\" or not at all. Then we tried many things, expensive, cheap, wet, dry... and a sample of Platinum brought the change. The sample was of course quickly eaten, like all new things. Ordered a small bag and some wet food to try. He wasn't so keen on the wet food, but he has been eating the dry food ever since. No more fussing, no bowl left unfinished. I am just thrilled to have found the right thing for our Jacky. Thank you Platinum :-)

The cat food is high quality and meets all the conditions for healthy nutrition. Unfortunately, our cat only likes the chicken dry food, so we cannot offer any variety.
The newly introduced Iberico he devoured greedily, but unfortunately did not tolerate at all.
Here comes the special feature of Platinum, which proves that their promises are not just empty marketing. We wanted to return the second pack with the Iberico due to intolerance. Platinum waives this, refunds the purchase price and suggests that we donate the - of course still unopened - pack to an animal shelter. We do that and find this attitude quite great.

The Crisp's are very well received by our 2 girls.\nI had ordered once a year ago, found the payment option, not being able to pay on account, not so pleasant. Payment by invoice is indicated, but when you click it, this method is shown as not possible. Since I then only have prepayment or credit card available, that's not so nice.\nOrdered for the 2nd time today and again the payment by invoice did not work, a pity.\nIt would be nice if something could be done about this, since the food is good.

Platinum is the BEST food for our dog
With Platinum, EVERYTHING is perfect. The food smells so good that you would eat it yourself!\nI'm convinced that no food is better than the wet food from Platinum.\nWe have 3 stray cats that come to eat at our place. They ignore all other food in the neighborhood because they get Platinum cat food at our place.\nI wish that Platinum would also offer a wet food for cats.\nWe are taken care of in the best way - our dog used to have allergies. With Platinum, everything is gone!

Happy dogs, happy dog owner
I was looking for food for my dogs that is well tolerated. After calling a nutritional advisor, I decided on Platinum Sensitiv. Both dogs are ill. One female has Cushing's with an underactive thyroid and the other repeatedly had heartburn and also an underactive thyroid. During the consultation, it was recommended to switch to the new food very slowly. I really took my time for this.
Now I can give a review.
Both tolerate the food very well. No more heartburn and beautiful stools and consistency.👍🤗
We are sticking with it.
For those unsure about food choice, I can recommend getting advice. I felt taken seriously and not like they just want to sell.

Quality fantastic, variety still improvable
I really like the quality of the dog food.
It's a shame that my bitch has so many intolerances, so we can only take beef. Unfortunately, many varieties contain turkey, which she does not tolerate. Iberian pork also doesn’t work and she doesn't like fish that much.
However, they have been very accommodating with returns due to my bitch's intolerances, which has pleasantly surprised me!

We feed the dog food from Platinum...
We have been feeding the dog food from Platinum for quite some time and are absolutely thrilled. The quality of the food is excellent: it has a very high meat content, smells pleasantly fresh, and the consistency is perfect. Our dog loves it and leaves no crumbs in the bowl. However, what is most important to us is its digestibility: since switching to Platinum, our four-legged friend has excellent digestion and his coat shines beautifully. The delivery is always quick and reliable as well. For us, there is no better food anymore – a must-buy recommendation for anyone who wants to do something good for their dog!

★★★★★ – Very satisfied – for our dog mom and later also for the puppies
We are currently feeding PLATINUM puppy food to our dog Hera during the nursing period and are very satisfied with it. Right now, it's important for us that she receives high-quality food that she likes to eat and tolerates well – and that's exactly the case here.
Hera has five little puppies – Tsambika, Tsambikos, Perseus, Achilles, and Snoopie – and therefore has a lot to do. 😊🐾 All five are developing very nicely and gaining weight well.
When the little ones are old enough for solid food later, they will also get PLATINUM puppy food. For us, it is nice to have found a food that we can give to both the mom and later her puppies with a good feeling.

Simply Recommendable
The quality of the food is top-notch. Both the dry food and the wet food. My dog loves it and tolerates it very well. The advice was superb. The lady on the phone definitely sounded very competent.
Unfortunately, the last delivery came with a wrong product, lamb instead of beef. The correct order was resent free of charge and without any hassle for me.
Otherwise, the delivery is quite swift.
I always recommend Platinum very gladly and with a clear conscience.

For the really big ones, good 👍
I find the concept of Platinum very good. Meat is the appropriate nutrition and if you do not want/can feed wet, it is the perfect solution. Our two St. Bernards, Elli (17 weeks) and Dio (16 months), love it and are well cared for. Especially for nutrition-sensitive dogs, everything is provided. I feed the food with a good feeling and am pleased to see how much the two sweethearts enjoy it. Thank you for that.

Miscalculated the feed for the vacation...
I miscalculated the feed for the vacation and had to have something sent to the Netherlands because I was in the middle of changing food.\nRegistration, ordering, and shipping were great! Ordered on Wednesday before 12 PM, arrival Saturday! 12:50 PM at the vacation spot.\nIf my young dog's soft stool improves now, I will be completely happy!\nSince the delivered package could not be found at the vacation spot at first, I contacted them in writing (unfortunately not possible by phone at the given number) to get help with the DHL delivery. By the time they responded, the package had already been found. I am very satisfied.

Simply top
We have been feeding Platinum for quite some time now and are still totally enthusiastic!
Our Cairn Terrier female is totally crazy about her food. The coat looks great and the dog seems to be very well cared for by the food. Also in terms of health, our female is very stable.
Personally, I particularly like the reusable packaging, recyclable.
It would be nice if the light food were available in another flavor.
Thanks to the entire Platinum team for the quick processing and short delivery times. Keep it up?

Our pup absolutely loves the wet meat he likes the biscuits bits finds them a little hard to chew, I’ve tried adding some hot water to them and it helps, I think I should have bought the mini puppy for him.
I also purchased some of the snacks and they are well liked by my both of my dogs. My cats enjoy the meat crisp biscuits.
The delivery was amazingly quick and well packaged.

The Little Prince Berry
My little Bollipoo, with the refined taste! After scouring the dog food market and also combing through it with my purchases, I was about to resign disappointedly and eventually cook myself. Not so easy in such small quantities, since my little Berry doesn't even weigh 5 kg! It should also be varied and balanced, with the necessary nutrients! By chance, I found 'PLATINUM' on the internet - great that the wet food is also offered in very small, under 100 g packages! So fitting and always fresh! Also the first food that the little one accepted! Not just on one day, like usual, but he enjoys it every day! The dry food was also well received and was devoured! So my little dog is satisfied, well cared for, and I'm completely happy! Thanks, Platinum - I can recommend this food with a clear conscience to all dog owners who want to do something good for their furry friends! PLATINUM - a good address! Siggi
