I ordered a rare, newly released helmet. The shipment from the manufacturer was delayed, but after a long correspondence with customer support, my order finally arrived. The customer support is top-notch—they did everything exactly as promised. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase, but I'd suggest not stating exact shipping dates on the website if they can't be guaranteed.

In this store, I found parts that are difficult to find due to their uniqueness. I was even surprised to find them outside of the original spare parts network. The order was fulfilled quickly and there was continuous information about the shipment status.

The experience with the store was overall correct in terms of staff availability, but unfortunately, I cannot consider myself satisfied with the final outcome of the post-sale management.\n\nI purchased a pair of PMJ motorcycle jeans from this store at the end of April. After very few uses, the garment tore in the back. On that occasion, I contacted PMJ directly, and they provided a replacement.\n\nUnfortunately, the second pair also broke nearly new, in the exact same spot, after just one use.\n\nAt that point, I turned to the retailer, who opened the case and liaised with the manufacturer. Later, I was informed that PMJ did not recognize the issue as a manufacturing defect and therefore no further replacement would be authorized.\n\nI am aware that the store cannot decide independently against the manufacturer's will, and for this reason, **I do not attribute responsibility to the store's staff**, who were accommodating and followed the case.\n\nMy disappointment instead concerns the product and the management of the warranty by the manufacturer, but still sold by Xmotorstore. I believe that motorcycle jeans in this price range should not break after a few hours of normal use, and especially that after two identical incidents, it would have been appropriate to propose at least an alternative solution, such as a repair or a commercial gesture.\n\nFor this reason, my judgment of the store is not related to the courtesy of the staff, but to the inability to obtain a concrete solution to a problem that, in my case, occurred twice with the same model.\n

Les pièces noires sont arrivées rayées, sur ma dernière commande, car non emballé individuellement, c'est vraiment dommage! Lors de ma précédente commande, j'ai reçu une platine de repose pied EVO et une platine de repose pied classique. Dommage qu'il n'y a pas plus de vérification avant envoi. En 2 commandes j'ai donc 3 pièces non évo (2 bracelets de guidon) dont je ne ferais rien.... et 2 pièces noires à l'aspect rayé, au prix des pièces c'est dommageable.

I didn't know xmotorstore; I discovered it by chance while searching with Google. I found the PMJ jeans I was looking for at a lower price compared to the competition. A few days passed from the order to delivery, but not being in a hurry, it wasn't an issue. From my experience, I can only recommend this store. I will definitely consider it for future purchases.
