We had tried Henri Willig a few years ago when we were in Amsterdam, so we knew that it was a premium cheese and that we liked it. We were in Rotterdam recently and visited the shop located in the Markthal. The gentleman there was very helpful. We were able to try several different cheeses and choose our favorite. I decided that I wanted to bring home about 10 hunks of cheese as gifts, so the nice man talked with me about shipping. I placed an order when I got home, and the service was excellent. Easy to use website, and we ordered 2 organic and 8 Extra Old Cow Cheese (our favorite). The cheese arrived 2 days later via FedEx. Everyone who I have given the cheese to has enjoyed it as much as my husband and I do. I love being able to share things that we find on our travels with family and friends, and was a grand slam gift. And there might be a few hunks of cheese in my refrigerator that were a gift to my husband and me. We like eating the cheese as part of a charcuterie board, but I’ve heard back from a couple of people, one who has used the cheese in an omelet and one who has made grilled cheese sandwiches with it. I believe I’ll be ordering again.

I made my order on August 19th, 2023 and have YET to receive any update about my order, let alone my order itself. Nothing has been delivered to me and the last I checked, it said that the label has been put on it, but it hasn't even left the facility yet! For someone who was planning on being a long time customer, this is very sad and am not interested in making any orders in the future with poor customer service like this.

Not delivered

The order was placed 3/20/2024, today is 4/2/2025 and we still did not receive the package. Not sure if the cheese will still be good to eat when/if it's delivered.

Perfect products, web site and payment connection to improve...

The products are very good (a little bit expensive...) but the web site often buggs... especially when there is a promotion/offer, sales etc. Very difficult to use it and difficuties to pay (try with 3 different cards!). Otherwise I'd gave 5* ! Anna from the client service is very reactive, thanks !

My order got stuck in Memphis. Over two weeks later and FedEx/Willig are still debating the reason and the package location. I have no cheese, no refund, and no reason to praise Henri Willig customer service. It is now Saturday morning and apparently customer help is nonexistent on weekends. MIH

Cheeses are all very good, don't change the products. Aspects of the checkout process over the past few years have resulted in my unintentionally double ordering to certain addresses. Not sure what the problem is, me or the system, but it is frustrating to, upon receiving confirmation of orders, to have to write back requesting one of them be canceled. Don't know the cure, just have seen the problem repeat.

Very prompt and efficient processing of the shipping. In the past, delivery has been as notified but this year, I experienced a delay and my parcel was stuck at one of the transit ports. It sat there for a few days and I became worried if it would be properly delivered. Originally planned to be delivered on a Friday but actual delivery was Wednesday. That is why I give it a 4 star instead of 5
