Fast and correct delivery.

Allgemein habe ich wenig auszusetzen. Von der Bestellung bis zur Lieferung sind weniger als zwei Tage vergangen. Am Montagabend habe ich bestellt, am Mittwochmittag war der Ersatz-Akku bei mir. Tausch des Akkus war ein Kinderspiel und den Umtauschservice für meinen alten Akku nutze ich gerne. Einzig der Preis ist durchaus höher als bei der Konkurrenz, doch für dieses rundum-sorglos-Paket habe ich das gerne in Kauf genommen. Nun bin ich gespannt, wie lange der Akku durchhält. Als Privatperson warte ich bis zum nächsten Akku-Alarm meiner USV :)

First time customer here. Will definitely buy here again. Perfect replacement battery for my home UPS. Not original, but I but for less than half the price a great alternative. Instructions and packaging are A-grade. Delivery time 2 days. All things considered, everything was better than expected. So, I yeah, will buy here again.

Ordering process was quick and easy - delivery was also very quick. Only thing that was confusing was the difference between battery-direct.com and battery-direct.fr. I had previously talked with Valerie Wirth from battery-direct.fr and had intended to order from their, but the battery-direct.com popped up first without me noticing. I guess you are the same company, but it would have been easier to have items shipped from France, since that is where I was living. Instead it appears they came from Germany. I would suggest that the 2 sites be merged, or if order for delivery in France, you forward the order to the local french site, to provide better response. But in either case, I am very happy with the purchase and delivery, and the batteries seem to be working fine in my UPS.

Everything was fine, the only thing you can improve is to deliver to Croatia.

Found site through Google and I could find the right replacement for my APC UPS directly for a very decend price. Delivery was within 5 days to the netherlands at home. Great! Only remark, was the emails that were not reflecting the delivery by a tracking code.

Easy ordering process, fast delivery. Mobile number would be good to include in the delivery address, or somewhere visible, on the parcel. This is needed by the delivery guys when the building outdoor is locked.

Batteries worked as expected, but 2 of the 6 units had signs of previous use and partially removed stickers. Delivery was a bit slower than usual (6 days), but, as always, packaging was neat and very adequate.

We found our battery on the site very fast and the support on the phone was great. If ever we need a battery again we wont hesitate and gor for batteydirect !
