Found site through Google and I could find the right replacement for my APC UPS directly for a very decend price.
Delivery was within 5 days to the netherlands at home. Great!
Only remark, was the emails that were not reflecting the delivery by a tracking code.
I am sure the batteries would have been fine, but unfortunately there was a surprise on delivery of an extra cost; nearly £70 in import duties and I think that the site could have done a lot better by making the Customer aware of this likelihood. With hindsight, I might have known but this happens to be the first time I have encountered this issue so had not taken it into account. Other sites I have used, however, do make this clear and some even add the duty to the overall price and there are no surprises as everything is transparent and clear. Live and learn, as they say...

Easy ordering process, fast delivery. Mobile number would be good to include in the delivery address, or somewhere visible, on the parcel. This is needed by the delivery guys when the building outdoor is locked.
