I bought already two lamps. I was really satisfied with the first one (wall slimpeace pure oak) and ordered a second one (empty box pure oak) for above the kitchen island. It arrived well but when I opened it, I saw it was damaged on one side despite the very good protective packaging it was delivered on. I contacted customer service and a new lamp was delivered. All very efficient and a great service. I love the wood as it adds a lot of warmth into our living space. Good value for money.

The light wasn't the same as on the website, the bracket at the back wasn't in the middle but about 2 thirds up the height of the light. We don't know which bulb we should buy for this light now because nothing fits. That said, the light itself is beautiful and good quality!
