Su elemento distintivo es precisamente el **vidrio de Murano auténtico**, trabajado artesanalmente, mientras que el cuerpo y los componentes técnicos de la pluma están fabricados con materiales adecuados para garantizar su correcto funcionamiento y uso diario. Por tanto, entendemos que el diseño o los materiales utilizados en la parte técnica de la pluma puedan no ser de su agrado, pero consideramos importante no confundir una valoración personal con las características reales del producto. Lamentamos que sus expectativas fueran diferentes y, en cualquier caso, agradecemos que haya compartido su opinión.
