Poor materials to be create a ballpen, purple unit review. Excellence of Murano glass was faded out when rest of ballpen exterior surfaces are made of low quality materials, plastic with steel appearance. Quality should be outstanding in such products and massive use of low quality plastic made that an unique piece turns into something tacky.

I bought a beautiful sailboat. It was delivered broken. I sent the pictures and everything they asked for the insurance, but UPS did not advise the hour that they were going to pick up the product and I was not at home. At the end I had to keep the broken piece and glue it my self.
At least a call would of have been nice, or maybe an offer to keep the piece in exchange for some amount.
