First order I place from this online store, prompted by the wide selection and the fact that it seems to be based in Europe.
Ordered an inner body pillow and a body pillow case....
Very good quality for both although the peachskin of the pillow case is a bit rougher compared to other peachskin dakimakuras I own.
The inner body pillow was shipped from Europe and arrived in a few days while the pillow case arrived from China almost a month after shipping... I consider myself lucky that it even arrived and that I didn't have any problems with customs or have to pay customs duties or anything.
For the future I don't think I will place any more orders unless it is clearly stated if what I am buying is shipped from the Schengen area or not.

Never received item. After a month an half no updates. Order has been stuck at the “shipping facility” for a month. It’s a shame because I was really looking forward to my Order as I’ve been searching for the design everywhere.

Very good product, pricing and service, terrible customs
The product is really good, the 2 Way Tricot (before they added the upgraded option) feels really smooth and stretchy, very breathable and the color is great, the pillow is very huggable, especially a 170cm one, and since this is my very first time buying a dakimakura, I wanted to check so I buy 160cm and 170cm, suffice to say, I'm disappointed I didn't buy 2 170cm instead.
And the service is good, the exchange through emails took at most 3 days or so, and the two import fees are fully refunded.
The only annoying part in this whole process is the shipment, and that's probably not their fault, the cover shipment through UPS gets delivered pretty quickly, exactly in line with their estimation time, however, the inner pillow, which shipped through PostNL took a long time, way beyond the estimation time, and I think this is mostly my country's fault, it has been stuck in the customs for at least 2 weeks, and that's probably because I email them (the customs) directly, not sure what happened if I didn't.
All in all... I'm pretty pleased with the product and the service, I kind of want to know how this upgraded 2 Way Tricot feels, maybe I'll buy it again later but with custom, commissioned art

There where some complications at first (DPD coulnd't find my adress for some reason) but the service person helped me out and even send out a replacment after my order got send back to them. Really friendly people and the pillow is nice and squishy. 😊

Honestly a really great customer service and one that has assisted in a shipping issued that could have happened to anyone.fixed issues, shipped it. And 10% refund on the issue. May be buying again from here.

Overall a great experience
