Great material and designs, but shipping was very slow. It took nearly 2 weeks to get here after being received by USPS, with more than a full week of no updates as it just sat in the state directly next to me. Meanwhile, I can get orders from halfway across the country in 3 days no problem from other sellers. I realize this could just have been an issue with USPS though, thus only the 1 star reduction.

The quality was actually good and it…
The quality was actually good, and it was shipped in a reasonable time. However, I also ordered other items that are in the EU (I live in the EU) and they still haven't arrived after more than 4 weeks. But Dirk from the customer support team helped me out really fast, and they got delivered safely. Overall, I am satisfied with the quality, and I am impressed by how good the customer support is.

Quality: I ordered the Plush Deluxe and the quality was very good. The pillow is soft yet firm and thick. Worthy of the name deluxe.
Service: The order arrived fast and in perfect condition.
Customer support: Answered my questions fast and was very friendly.
