Purchased the clothing for my grandson. Grandparents are not always certain of what they are ordering, but the website and ordering the item was quite easy! And he received exactly what he wanted. It was easy to track the package, so I was able to tell him exactly where it was in transit. He’s happy and so am I!
My order was placed on august 19 and still has not been received. I'd either like a refund or my order.

We are very sorry that you have not yet received your order. Unfortunately, there may be delays in customs clearance. DHL wanted to deliver the shipment today, but unfortunately no one was available.
You can improve by not insisting on £140 minimum spend therefore incurring custom charges. I would buy a lot more items if individual items could be purchased

We can understand your annoyance.
But unfortunately, deliveries to the UK are subject to taxes and customs duties, which we point out in our general terms and conditions and over which we have no influence.
Brexit-related the minimum order value for shippings to Great Britain is 140 GBP net (total value of goods excluding cost of shipping).

If you’re in the US the items purchased at this retailer Bobs shop will come by slowest and most inconvenient method possible. You will need to stay home from work to sign and receive them. Never again

You have selected standard shipping. Here we specify a delivery time of 6-9 days. During this time, the parcel was attempted to be delivered to you. Since you were not at home, the parcel was handed in to a ParcelShop/post office for collection

Spending £180 on a gift to have to pay another £70 in import vat and customs duty to get the package delivered. This should be an alert when bying your items to be posted to the UK.

We can understand your anger. However, we would like to point out that when ordering for delivery to the UK, taxes and duties may be incurred over which we have no control and which only the customs office can provide you with information about. But we already point out during the ordering process that customs charges may apply.

I would not buy anything again, still not received due to held in customs. I thought this was a half decent buy but just had to pay over £70 in customs charges. No warning about this and no doubt somewhere in your small print that is not visible when buying.

We are sorry that your order has not yet been delivered. You should have received an e-mail with the tracking data when the goods were dispatched. This allows you to easily track your shipment. So far we have only received one inquiry from you and this was answered immediately. According to DHL, the shipment should be delivered today.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your concerns regarding shipping costs abroad (China). However, we only pass on the costs that we ourselves are charged by the shipping service provider for an insured package.
