I have been shopping at Bobshop for about 5 years now and have to say I am extremely happy with all my purchases. If you looking for the highest quality cycling products this is the place. My daughter and I get compliments on our gear all the time and Pro Team section is definitely our favorite department. The Bobshop staff is very friendly and all the emails get answered right away. Also, merchandise gets here to United States really fast, usually within 3-4 days. Shipping charges are very reasonable and the products Bobshop offers well worth it!

I didn't receive my package worth of hundred of dollars. I have followed all the DHL tracking until April 6th and after that I did not had any more news from it. My Helmet, a Bell Fasthouse Edition, is important to me cause I can't mountain bike without it... It would be very nice if the situation is corrected. Thanks

Shipping did take a little longer than was predicted at first, but I was not in a hurry and understand International shipping can be longer with Customs and so on (just in case one is in a hurry you may want to look at express). Sent along a free biking water bottle, which I am using now! All good! Plan to order again from Bob Shop!
