The dispatch of my watch was conducted earlier than expected. The packaging was done safe and secure. The watch arrived in a beautiful and unique box and zippered case. Shipping was terrible.
I had planned on buying another watch, but after paying $60euro for shipping, their chosen carrier kept on returning the package to the depot for almost a week, costing me time. I’d consider buying from them if they didn’t use fedex

The website is easy to navigate. Service via email is fast and efficient. Delivery on time. And the watch exceeded my expectations. One suggestion: demonstrate on the website an example of what the engravins look like.

Eindelijk heeft Laco ook een quartz horloge in het assortiment! Het horloge vertoonde wat kuren (piepend geluid bij het bandje) maar dit werd snel en naar tevredenheid opgelost.
