I purchased the Zürich.2 40 Pilot basic watch along with an additional black leather strap. The watch came surprisingly quickly, just under a week. Packaging was very good. I love the box, super high quality watch and leather. The watch is also very nice, easy to use and looks beautiful. A special thanks to Marcus Ziemer, who was incredibly calm, professional, and patient throughout. He answered all my questions thoroughly about watch and shipping and made the entire online order process very smooth. As I was visiting as a tourist, he also assisted me with the VAT refund process, which I really appreciated. Overall, a fantastic experience — highly recommended!

I previously order by RedWatch Army for fleigerpro, a scorpion, fleiger pro and fleiger basic, I really like the accuracy and always lower than the provided range. QUALITY! Everything is flawless, even if basic fleiger and no cutting corners for quality. I wish a more variation other than a fleiger pro, like a dark blue sun burst for and white dials for Scorpion and Koln series, too many black dials on the current series. I wish if can re release on the Olive color options on the fleiger pros

Purchased a second strap for my 'Munster' watch with the new butterfly clasp. 2 points; 1. Your websites wording on which strap to purchase (width and type) for my watch to fit the clasp is unclear, confusing even. It took a phone call to clarify. 2. The butterfly clasp mated to the normal strap is very much a compromise. The lug of the clasp (controlling the length of the bracelet) pops out of the leather strap hole when putting the watch on and closing the clasp, also the normal strap length is too long, the toe of the strap needing two keepers to keep in place. A strap made solely for use with a clasp normally does not need this.

The Cuxhaven has been an amazing watch so far, keeping time comparable to my COSC watch and I love the hand winding ritual that comes with it. The price was also very reasonable even with the upgrades and the watch came very well-packed. The box is great for travel and can even fit two watches when not strapped in. The lume is also very bright and it's easy to tell time at night.

The watch was delivered yesterday. I set it This is a gift that will be given only on April 5, so the test was static and took place in a horizontal position, at a temperature of 18-20 C. I’m extremely happy with my watch. From the moment I put it on my wrist, you can immediately feel the heritage, precision, and purpose behind it. The design is clean, timeless, and highly legible , exactly what a true pilot watch should be. The strap is very well made and clearly matches the overall quality of the watch. The leather feels solid and durable, with good stitching and a premium finish that reflects Laco’s attention to detail. It’s comfortable on the wrist and complements the watch design perfectly. That said, I believe the strap length could be slightly larger. For larger wrists, the current size feels a bit on the shorter side, and offering a longer option would make the watch even more comfortable and versatile for more customers. Die grüne Aachen 39 ist eine absolut beeindruckende Uhr. Ich war positiv überrascht, dass sie in natura sogar noch schöner aussieht als auf den Fotos – das grüne Zifferblatt ist sehr ausdrucksstark und wirkt besonders mit der Entspiegelung hervorragend (man hat fast das Gefühl, als wäre gar kein Saphirglas vorhanden). Ein zusätzlicher Pluspunkt: Die Uhr kam bereits innerhalb einer Woche nach der Bestellung an – und das, obwohl ich beide Extras (Entspiegelung und Werk-Upgrade) gewählt habe, was die Lieferzeit eigentlich um weitere zehn Tage verlängert hätte. Geliefert wurde sie in einer sehr schönen Box inklusive Reißverschluss-Etui. Ich bin wirklich sehr beeindruckt von Laco – gerade gemessen am Preis spielt diese Uhr definitiv in einer höheren Liga. Großartige Arbeit, Laco!

My not so good rating was not due about the product (watch okayish, but there are better watches for the 1000€ price range…), but more or less for the behaviour of the company… They lack to fulfil all the purchased, very strange... I buy a lot from online shops and this one was the first time I have had something missed in my order… ok a mistake, can be, no one’s fault, but certainly is not from the costumer! With almost two weeks apart from the watch, they sent the missing strap, but without any kind of attention for the client for all the trouble they produced with this purchase… I have bought one watch with the highest priced variation (plus 1.200,00€) and not the cheapest watches they have… Maybe the Laco company is capable to have “services” for the lower end consumers but lack for the ones who target higher pieces, like in my case…

I like the Flieger Pro building guide. I don't like the way you present the list of objects where you only show a short list of items and then a show all button. It took me some time to find all the things I was looking for. To enhance the site, you could build some models with the watches on different types of arms and clothing. Especially important with the Flieger Pro as the you can change colors of dials and straps. It would be helpful to see your selection worn on a person to see if the choices are good.
