Die Platten waren wie beschrieben. Nur leider waren sie nicht gut genug verpackt, so dass zwei Plattencover oben durchstossen waren (bei eingeschweisster Neuware schwer zu verhindern, aber es war auch eine secondhand-Platte dabei und da ist es leicht, die Platte zum Transport aus dem Cover heraus zu nehmen.

I have been a customer of HHV for approx 3 years. More often than not, the records arrived in poor condition; bent corners, scratches etc. Some times you can tell that the damage(s) occurred during shipping, but other times, while the package arrives in perfect shape, the records are damaged. This suggests that they were shipped in poor condition. Even if the items were damaged during shipping, they ought to be packed more carefully and protected. There are plenty of shops out there, shipping even transatlantic annd arriving in MINT shape. I have a long history with HHV with refunds, replacements, and compensation discounts. But my most recent experience, has been the worst one: I had pre-ordered 2 albums that were both available on pre-sale sometime in May. The first album was Royksopp’s “Do It Again” and the second Puscifer’s “D is for Dubby”. As per HHV’s policy, they would both ship when because available at once, altogether. This means that even if one became available earlier, it would still get shipped when the other became available too. Also, the order was pre-paid in full, including shipping. As such, they ought to be reserved. At some point, Royksopp’s album became available, but Puscifer’s was still on back order. So no shipping was initiated. But since I had already paid, Royksopp’s album should have been reserved for me. Soon after I was receiving emails that there would be further delay in my shipment because of Puscifer’s album was delayed from the distributor. But that didn’t matter, since my Royksopp album was already there, paid and reserved for. Or at least, that’s what I thought! Few days ago I woke up to an unpleasant notification from HHV that my Royksopp album had gone out of stock and an automatic refund was initiated! The excuse was that there was a distribution order issue, BUT that is not the case. The album was live for sale for many days, as I was monitoring the status (it is a rather collectible album and was monitoring the stock status for price appreciation). They have obviously chose to satisfy another customer, against my pre-paid order! That’s not how you do business. This is an unprofessional behavior and one might even call it a scam. I lost the opportunity to purchase the record on retail price, having relied on my PRE PAID order, and now that the item is out of stock, I have to go in the secondary market. Shame. Disgusting.

HHV - Order 34047-41341 (2024-08-18) - Issue with the refund

Dear Trusted Shops team, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I’ve encountered regarding a return shipment I made for an order with HHV. The circumstances of this return have been extremely frustrating, and I feel that your company should be aware, as it has impacted my confidence in the shipping process. To provide context, I ordered a pair of shoes from HHV that, unfortunately, were the wrong size. Upon trying to return the item, I discovered that HHV did not cover the return shipping costs, even though a friend of mine, from the same city (Vienna, Austria), was able to return their shoes with all shipping costs covered. Given this inconsistency, I had no choice but to send the product back at my own expense. Due to budget constraints, I did not pay for the tracking of the parcel. I am now facing a situation where HHV claims they have not received the package and is refusing to refund me for the shoes. Despite my best efforts to communicate with HHV, they have been slow to respond and unwilling to assist in locating the return package. This has caused me significant frustration, as I feel this situation is not my fault. I strongly urge your company to get involved with this issue, as it pertains to the reliability and trustworthiness of the shipping process. Furthermore, I believe there should be insurance protection or assistance in such cases to ensure that customers like myself are not left without a refund or resolution due to circumstances beyond our control. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this matter. I trust that you will take the necessary steps to investigate and assist with locating the return package. They stole my purchase, this insurance is a lie

They stole my purchase, no one responds, v if you are not from the European Union it does not cover you anything. The store does not have customer service, they stole 800 euros from me.

Wrong item received and no response via email

I've been sent the wrong item and nobody had replied to my emails about it. Will probably need to go through PayPal to get a refund. Poor.

We are sorry that the order was cancelled. Currently the time to reply to emails takes longer than usual. We have automated deadlines for payment methods and thus the order was unfortunately automatically cancelled.

Delivered within 4 days with FedEx. We offer UPS and USPS to the USA too. You can easily choose via checkout.

Warning to Norwegian Customers: Avoid Purchasing from HHV Due to Poor FedEx Delivery Service

If you are a customer in Norway, I strongly advise against purchasing from HHV, as they use FedEx for delivery, and you simply won't receive your package. FedEx's reputation in Norway is practically zero. They claim you're not home even when you are, promise delivery before 6 PM with no follow-up, and you can't even reach them by phone(the voice on the other end of the phone is a robot). Logistics is a part of the service, so I give it a zero. I won't be buying anything from this site if they continue to use FedEx.

We are sorry that FedEx is providing a terrible service in Norway it seems. In some cases it's possible to choose Airmail or UPS as an alternative.

Poor products and customer service

I received an opened / used vinyl record which was supposed to be sealed and brand new, and the sleeves were damaged on the other two records I ordered from HHV. The customer service I have received from HHV since notifying them of the problems and requesting a resolution has been very poor, and they are yet to resolve the issue, despite me making my complaint approximately two weeks ago.

Unable to track the item

I have placed an order from Singapore on 29 July 2024 and could not track the parcel. The tracking ID given was not recognized locally and still hoping that the parcel is not loss.

Please note international mail can be subject to handling and customs delays meaning 2-3 week delivery schedule is not uncommon, however items usually arrive sooner than this. The package will arrive as fast as the postal service can deliver. Sometimes it can take very long, because it get's stuck at customs. The local post office might already have it. In the worst case, we can send a full refund.
