HHV

Reviews:

I’ve been purchasing vinyl from a young age/beginner for 35 years to being an audiophile/pro. HHV has been the absolute epitome of professionalism and quick response. Items are always packaged TOP NOTCH, and with 20 purchases, I’ve had one tiny issue. The issue was only with a mistake with the listing, nothing to do with the shipping/item itself. When I contacted HHV, they promptly responded and went ABOVE AND BEYOND without having to make me jump through hoops in order to correct the mixup. I can’t recommend doing business with them enough. If you’re new and are having any reservations, just buy/do it! You won’t regret it. Pascal is who I’ve gotten “kind regards” from via email correspondence, and I couldn’t possibly ask for a more kind/understanding person. In a world that’s mostly ruined by huge corporations that don’t care about their customers, it’s SO refreshing to deal with one who actually cares about its customers. Thanks again HHV, y’all are the absolute best!

It is always a pleasure to conduct business with HHV. Their extensive inventory and exclusive variants, which are otherwise unavailable in the UK, are highly valued. Deliveries are consistently prompt, and shipments invariably arrive in pristine condition, free of seam splits or creases. Furthermore, their loyalty program has facilitated the acquisition of premium exclusive items, such as 24x24 inch posters. I highly recommend the store for its exceptional selection and competitive pricing.

I discovered HHV from a Google search for a particular vinyl album and despite being in the UK the prices for delivery are very reasonable. The selection available is second to none and I love that the import duty is included in the price. I've ordered twice now and both times have been excellent. Quick shipping with FedEx, all packaged extremely well too. Highly recommended and I will definitely be using again in the future.

The used vinyl albums I bought was as described conditions, I ordered the records at a Thursday evening and alredy next morning they where shipped from the store. When the package came after a few days the records where packed in safely and were without damage. Other record shops I have ordered from the orders have been on hold for up to 14 days before they shipped the records even if the description say the are in stock. I will shop more records from HHV and can recommend the store. So

ere is a drafted review you can use for HHV.de: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fast, reliable, and great prices! I ordered a Polo Ralph Lauren linen shirt from HHV and the entire experience was flawless. Not only did they have the best price online (-35% off), but they also dispatched my order within 24 hours via FedEx with full tracking provided immediately. The item arrived quickly, perfectly packaged, and 100% authentic. HHV has proven to be a super trustworthy shop with excellent service and top-tier brands. I will definitely be ordering from them again!

It is consistently a pleasure to procure items from HHV. Their exclusive offerings are competitively priced and often unavailable in the UK market. Shipping costs are reasonable, and products consistently arrive in excellent condition. Furthermore, I have benefited from complimentary items through their loyalty program. My only suggestion would be the establishment of a physical presence in the UK!

The vinyl records were packed very securely and carefully, ensuring they arrived in excellent condition. Delivery was fast, and the entire purchasing process was smooth and hassle-free. A reliable and trustworthy store that I can confidently recommend. Thank you!

Started buying records here about a few years ago, and I never had a bad experience with any of my orders so far. Staff is great and quick to come to solutions and help you with whatever you need. The collection is all a person could want, and also the site is a nice way to look for new music. Thankyou HHV!

For online orders is the best so far… even when I had some issues the response was immediate! One thing I would definitely consider is the shipping costs… for people who make frequent purchase's you should make free shipping over 70€ or 80€ Can’t wait to visit the physical store as well.

An excellent experience buying vinyl from your shop—great quality, prices, and offers (including on used records)—plus highly efficient and fast delivery. There are items on my wish list that are unfortunately out of stock—and honestly impossible to find—but I’m sure you’ll put them back on sale sooner or later! I highly recommend HHV. Simo

Top store. Great service and fast delivery to Poland. My go to store 90% of my shopping for music. I like the option to cancel part of the order on your own. It would be good to have more tools to move things between orders on your own. Sometimes I have a few orders opened with delayed pre orders and would be good to manage it faster without asking for help.

I liked the offers and the fact that page was really easy to use. The things I did not like were that sometimes it is difficult to find something if you are not sure of a title. There is a lot of noise and interference that comes with what you might be potentially searching for, with no separation. Also I really disliked that some products were changing prices quite fast. I know that it was possibly an end of a sale, but that really lead me to stay away for a while. So having date and time of sales would be much better to navigate. Like a "Sale ending tonight" or something.

I would like to request the ability to consolidate my orders without necessitating the cancellation of any components. For instance, if I have two existing orders, each containing five items, and a portion of these items are currently on a preorder waiting list, I would prefer to transfer all preorder items into a single order and all readily available items into another. This functionality is particularly relevant given that the shipping costs for the initial two orders have already been remitted.

product as described, sturdy and functional. 4 stars due to need for quality control improvement. 2 of the wooden plugs did not fit in the holes of the side board preventing top board from full contact. This required various disssasemblies of top board and measuring the holes to figure out the problem and ultimately cutting the plugs to fit.

Very good customer service overall! Once again the only thing I will add as a request is the cost of shipping… after a certain amount over 80€ you should consider free shipping! Cheers

Excellent packaging. Low stock. Very difficult to buy more different titles all at the same time, to save on delivery costs.👍 All product quickly come and go out of stock. Impossible to find 4-5 LPs all at once, to buy at thecsame time. Various records I did not buy because of that.👎

HHV has consistently been one of my most trusted sources for vinyl. Excellent selection, fair grading, careful packaging, and outstanding service. I've ordered from HHV many times over the years and have always had a positive experience. Highly recommended for vinyl collectors.
