I would like to request the ability to merge orders
I would like to request the ability to consolidate my orders without necessitating the cancellation of any components. For instance, if I have two existing orders, each containing five items, and a portion of these items are currently on a preorder waiting list, I would prefer to transfer all preorder items into a single order and all readily available items into another. This functionality is particularly relevant given that the shipping costs for the initial two orders have already been remitted.

Unfortunately, this functionality is not available yet. Changes of this kind currently require cancelling the affected items and placing a new order accordingly.

I had a good experience, but it was not the best full experience
I liked the offers and the fact that page was really easy to use. The things I did not like were that sometimes it is difficult to find something if you are not sure of a title. There is a lot of noise and interference that comes with what you might be potentially searching for, with no separation. Also I really disliked that some products were changing prices quite fast. I know that it was possibly an end of a sale, but that really lead me to stay away for a while. So having date and time of sales would be much better to navigate. Like a "Sale ending tonight" or something.

Even when shipping is not the fastest (very rarely - it's usually here in Budapest from Berlin within a week), the packaging is very methodical ant protective, the selection is head-spinningly wide-ranging, prices are competitive (cheapest shipping anywher within the EU) and communication is fast and straightforward. Solid experience with HHV so far
I’ve had a solid experience with HHV so far. The catalog is impressive and the packaging is always secure. However, I’d love to see an update to their shipping system. Specifically, it would be great to have the option to 'merge' items from a new purchase with available items from a previous, partially-fulfilled order. If I have 9 out of 10 records sitting in a box waiting for one pre-order, being able to bundle them with a new order would be a game-changer for shipping efficiency!

- Bonus coins do not accumulate across orders, they disappear if not used in an order

I really like the possibility to combine orders as I often decide to add stuff after I have placed on order. Also, canceling orders is very handy, it keeps your credit so you don’t have to pay and wait for a refund while placing another order. Super good, wish more shops offered that.

The shopping experience is great!
But international shipping to Sweden with FedEx is always a bit messy. FedEx has a very weak presence in scandinavia and their systems for administering delivery times or package dropoffs is terrible. it seems to be built for american markets and a lot of stuff does not really work or make sense. More of a fedex issue than a HHV one - but still something I've been annoyed with since they effectively become your partner in this and it affects the overall experience.
