Twice, after filling out online forms which included my correct mailing address, HHV chose to use information from my PayPal account (which is how I paid). My business name is listed on my paypal account but not on the building where I have the orders delivered, and I never asked them to use that information--they should have used the info I provided on their webpage form.
With the 1st order I placed, the package was not delivered and sent back, so I informed HHV of the problem and they resent the package and I received it. The 2nd time, they did the same thing and, if I hadn't have run out of my apartment to catch the DHL driver, the 2nd order would have been returned too. I wrote them both times and, both times it seems like they didn't quite understand their responsibility in the situation, nor did they confirm my requests to only have them use the information I provided on the online forms.
I have no way of knowing if they'll continue to use the incorrect paypal information so I will simply not order from them again and will also not be able to recommend them to other potential customers.
