Good quality and fast shipping
The used vinyl albums I bought was as described conditions, I ordered the records at a Thursday evening and alredy next morning they where shipped from the store.
When the package came after a few days the records where packed in safely and were without damage.
Other record shops I have ordered from the orders have been on hold for up to 14 days before they shipped the records even if the description say the are in stock.
I will shop more records from HHV and can recommend the store.

Top store. Great service and fast delivery to Poland. My go to store 90% of my shopping for music. I like the option to cancel part of the order on your own. It would be good to have more tools to move things between orders on your own. Sometimes I have a few orders opened with delayed pre orders and would be good to manage it faster without asking for help.

I would like to request the ability to consolidate my orders without necessitating the cancellation of any components. For instance, if I have two existing orders, each containing five items, and a portion of these items are currently on a preorder waiting list, I would prefer to transfer all preorder items into a single order and all readily available items into another. This functionality is particularly relevant given that the shipping costs for the initial two orders have already been remitted.

We completely understand the benefit of being able to combine or reorganize items, when preorders and in stock items are involved. This is a helpful suggestion.
Unfortunately, this functionality is not available yet. Changes of this kind currently require cancelling the affected items and placing a new order accordingly.

I had a good experience, but it was not the best full experience
I liked the offers and the fact that page was really easy to use. The things I did not like were that sometimes it is difficult to find something if you are not sure of a title. There is a lot of noise and interference that comes with what you might be potentially searching for, with no separation. Also I really disliked that some products were changing prices quite fast. I know that it was possibly an end of a sale, but that really lead me to stay away for a while. So having date and time of sales would be much better to navigate. Like a "Sale ending tonight" or something.

7 vinyls (order 10710-75282). One had different price on HHV page versus bill (2 euros too much!!). Second DP In Rock was sold as a cheap Fame version versus what was on the HHV page (GF dutch old version). I have made reclamation. Now I am waiting how long I have to wait for response? Professionalism has gone downhill about two years. FI. too often overpriced used vinyls (even higher than the new one on the list!! (Lana Del Rey fi.). Then they are on 20%sale and still overpriced. Didn't happen like this when I started to buy from HHv. Now very seldom because of all these negative surprises.
