It was definitely a great experience very fast delivery and an amazing product. The bag has everything I’m looking for in a bag including pockets zips etc. It’s perfect size has a nice soft fabric inside and it’s seems very sturdy and stiff so it won’t loose its shape. The colour is taupe for sure even thou it looks a bit beige on the website. Also the handles stay upright which can be a little annoying but I suppose it’s something to get used to. I really like this bag and I will highly recommend it.

Before I bought I came here to read the reviews and decided to take the risk. Bought 2 items with the first no problems. The second it’s been a nightmare, they don’t reply to emails, only phone calls. The courier lost my package, I had to write a form that I didn’t get it, waited 15 days until they send again and the onus is on the buyer to solve the seller problem. They took so long to solve the problem now my ring size isn’t available anymore so I’ll have to pay for getting to my size this side. Still waiting to see if the ring arrives this time around.

Communications non existent

I have not received any updates since i purchased an item 4 days ago and the order should have arrived in 2-5 days..... No tracking number, no confirmation to say it has shipped, i need this gift for a specific date and now i am left empty handed
