Franchement, j'ai reçu la gélato nano, ce n'est que des branches, feuilles, que du trim une dizaine de tête normal et beaucoup de tête maron (pourrit ) déjà la dernière fois sur édition spéciale nano, j'en ai assez de réclamer de plus je vous ai commandé quasiment 500 à 600 euro de produit ces derniers mois aucun Kdo même pas un filtre à charbon actif, ni un paquet de feuilles très déçu !! J'ai l'impression aussi que les points de récompense ne progresse pas à voir , mais à bout , pourtant je dois dire que quand les livraisons sont correct les produits son bien, et qualitatif, mais trop souvent de problème et ce n'est pas la première fois.

Costumers support is great, fast and efficient! I would suggest improving the delivery time, I know it's difficult since Switzerland doesn't belong to EU. But that's the only point I think you could improve! :)
