When I noticed I had made a mistake on my on-line order the staff were very willing to rectify it when I rang them. Delivery was also exceptional. I received my order Sydney to Melbourne in ONE day.

Upon placing my order, I did not receive an order confirmation or a shipment order number. TWICE I emailed service@meyer-trousers.com.au requesting these (necessary for Customs and GST) but no reply was sent to me. Meyer Australia could not be more Incompetent if it tried.
