I cant fault the whole process from start to finish for the order though two things let it down. One is the minimum spend of €150 for UK orders. I understand the shipping costs and all its just hard sometimes to get to that amount for every order. second the packaging but was great but unfortunately it needed to be wrapped or bound better as the courier in the UK ( parcelforce) treated it so badly that when I received it the box was damaged and open and just dumped on my doorstep. Not the fault of sport bittl but just shows how couriers differ. The actual packaging of the skis helped them survive.

One of the items I ordered and paid, they actually didn't have. So it was removed. I did receive 10 EUR voucher, but ... not ideal. Shipment to me in EU took more than 10 days. I ordered everything on the 4th and it still hasn't arrived which is the 14.09 now. Email notifications and updates in the meantime were OK. Overall it is OK shop for EU.
