Nice GoTo telescope from Bresser. It was a nightmare setting it up but turned out to be a faulty control unit. Bresser organised return and replaced the controller very quickly. Great service. Now functions perfectly. Tripod needs more weight to reduce vibrations. Optics are clear and sharp. Controller holder position is awkward. Uses batteries really quickly so a power pack or mains transformer is better. As a beginner to astronomy it’s ideal.

I recently purchased a Bresser professional rain gauge. The order was delivered on time. However, I must make some criticisms of the equipment. 1 - The radiation shield does not fulfill its function very well and the temperature difference measured in the shade and with sun exposure is quite high and exceeds 4ºC. Apparently it has insufficient ventilation and spacing between "plates", the white paint used should be different (and possibly the use of black paint inside). 2 - The inclination of the walls of the rain gauge cone could be improved. 3 - The lack of higher edges at the top of the rain gauge cone reduces the accuracy of the measurement whenever heavy rain occurs (the drops bounce off the walls of the rain gauge) 3 - The absence of a filter and anti-bird thorns in the rain gauge means cleaning has to be more regular. 4 - It is not understood why they use a thermometer instead of a thermo-hygrometer. 5 - A bubble level should be included in the rain gauge and information for this need in the instruction manual. Incorrect leveling causes the weighbridge to malfunction! I bought the equipment on sale, but I don't think it's worth the €79 originally ordered. Still, I think it's an interesting instrument for measuring temperature in the shade or at night (where measurements are much more rigorous) or for measuring precipitation (as long as it's not too strong).

Bresser Professional Rain Gauge

I recently purchased a Bresser professional rain gauge. The order was delivered on time. Raised an issue to support... Got blocked

Had an issue with a product like a t bar Reached out to support and they asked for proof I sent them a video and they blocked that email.. So i can't send emails anymore Tried calling them to rectify the situation and they are acting clueless and no idea how to rectify either situations.. Didn't expect this behaviour at all from such an established company

Bresser per se is FINE but

Bresser per se is FINE, but UPS is BAD (*). This doesn't invite further orders. DPD is slightly better, PostNL is fair (but not perfect). My plan is to find out first which delivery service is used before ordering from a webshop!

I pay 104 euro for 2 articols . This articols was delivery with UPS and they dont want delivery my articols. This company refuz halp me they say is my fault because me i dont want take articols.

Telescope Vixen

I have order and payed one telescope Vixen to offer my son by Christmas time. Even that I made an error to order so close to Christmas and they didn't have the possibility to sent the order to arrive by that time. They haven't sent me any email to inform me with the confirmation of the payment and with the day that they will eventually sent the order to me.

The carrier (UPS) noticed the item was…lost

The carrier (UPS) noticed the item was delivered on a date not scheduled to do so and did not got in contact to inform the change. No one was expecting the delivery (none at home) and the carrier just tells the item was delivered (no name, no signature, nothing to prove it). After I opened a claim they just said they have not been able to locate the package.

order 349870 has not yet arrived. The order was placed on 12/19, the website provided inaccurate information. It was indicated that delivery would take 2-3 business days. 14 days have passed!!! it was a gift for my husband's birthday. you have let me down greatly. I am disappointed.

Kind of a overkill. Sensor is legit but clock has poor screen quality and you need to look at it at certain angle. For 30€ worth to buy.
