Although the shipping cost was a bit higher because it was shipped by UPS instead of DHL, the shipping was fast and the package arrived in Hungary undamaged. The device did not connect to Weathercloud server for days (while it connected to Wounderground immediately), After several days it started syncing by itself, I assume they updated something on the site. Now the device works great. :-) Thanks

Great experience, simple and compact microscope, we also ordered several boxes of prepaired slices of plants, animals and tissues. Both kids got really interested in microscopy and they are capable of hadling the microscope very well, in spite of their young age. We love the connection to the computer, because explaining what they see is really easy and they can also use the microscope for the presentations at school. The only thing that might be improved was the delievery, telephone number was missing on a package and UPS couldn't find the address.

Product and comnunication is great, price/value is good. The only issue I would mention is the UPS carrier. The package was arriving from Germany in a day, but the domestic delivery is a diasaster (and as I see not just in Hungary). Package status is a lie, no specific delivery time period, recipients need to stay home for days. I know it is not your fault, but unfortunately makes the whole user experience worse.

I really enjoy buying refurbished Bresser products. I've also bought three new Bresser telescopes from other suppliers. I have two Bresser Exos 1 and EQ3 mounts, both with AR motors. I also had the EXOS 2, but I sold it to reduce weight. Recently, I bought a refurbished EQ3 for the price of a new EQ3, which costs €149. However, the advertisement showed the AR motor (in two photos). The description didn't mention the motor, nor is there a complete description for refurbished products. When the EQ3 arrived, the motor was missing. I felt cheated, as I had understood that the motor was included for the price of a new EQ3. After contacting Bresser, they sent me the motor, which arrived today. To avoid any confusion, Bresser should improve the descriptions of these products and state if there are any problems. In my case, the mount arrived only dusty, which I've already cleaned. The motor arrived with a broken mounting screw, which I've already replaced. Tonight I'm going to test the set and give my review.

For your information, I had already sent an email, last Saturday, to the customer service department. I am waiting your response and clarification. Today I purchased a temperature station (see photo 1) from your website. The price shown included VAT. However, on the payment invoice (see photo 2), VAT is being applied to both the price of the equipment and the shipping cost. This means I am being charged VAT again. I believe the correct procedure is for VAT to be charged only on the shipping cost. Therefore, I would appreciate it if you could correct this discrepancy.

Fast shipping and great communication throughout the purchase. My kid is super excited about the microscope. It seems robust and high quality, and a great fit for a soon-to-be 7-year-old’s needs.

Prior to BREXIT always dealt with a UK firm. Post BREXIT many difficulties arise (tariffs added etc). Found dealing with a German EU firm (Bresser) to be trouble free with a smooth no hassle delivery. The weather station I bought works brilliantly as well. Manyb thanks

Delivery received as instructed and carefully handled. On opening the boxes it was clear that Bresser takes great care over the manufacture and presentation of its products. If anything were to be improved it would be the inclusion of a parts list with the quick-start manual. While the q-s manual is ok, I found that I had a few pieces left over which was a little worrying. However, once I had downloaded the full manual(s) things became a lot clearer. Now all I need is a clear night sky.

Transparent. Easy to use. I can only recommend it to everyone. Although the goto drive controller display that came with the telescope was damaged at the factory. I contacted the store where I made my purchase regarding warranty matters. 2025.11.10. But the replacement controller has not arrived yet. This is a negative for me.

Ordering and delivery-excellent Everything worked fine, a little nervous when ordering such a big thing from abroad. Just unpacked so review of the telecope itself will come later, it is also overcast here...but I think l made a very good buy, at a good price offer.

I appreciate it is the Christmas holiday period but I had to wait 4 days for a online response to a query about my order placed on Monday 15th December. I ordered my Bresser product because it specifically indicated on the website it would be delivered by Thursday 18th December as it was a present for a family member who was home from abroad at the time. It wasn't delivered until Tuesday 23rd December. If delivery times change because of a holiday period or otherwise then it will be helpful to change this information on your website.

Amazing lightweight scope, easy to mount, not front heavy. Only in case of putting on AZ4 alt az- it is necessary to change the original dovetail. The scope provides very sharp image and even on the sun surface with filter (white solar) I could see the difference against chinese ed/apo´s. Briliant tight stars, true color images, splits tight doubles like pi aquilae very easily at 230x. Image very sharp at hight magnification and stars still very concentric, brilliant and crisp against dark bacround. No false color on Vega. Top performance for a doublet. Top accessories. And very fast delivery!

Tracking and delivery was smooth. The product is undamaged and beautiful. However I'm missing general information of the assembly manual, it wasn't clean at first that the manual describes two similar model. I was so anxious that i might have an additional diagonal mirror piece but then I realized that it was the other model the manual was talking about... The product also arrived with both mirrors misaligned and it's terrible that the product doesn't have a label or info on the website what's exactly the issue with the product, just a general description of what refurbished means. It would be more transparent if you told me the mirrors are misaligned. Other than that we could set them up, the product works great and I'm definitely happy that i bought an undamaged product without any pieces of it missing for half them price. Thanks for packing it normal and safe.

I have a 10" dob from Bresser for some years now and recently bought a pair of Pirsch 10x50 ED binoculars and couldn't be happier. Great optics, hard to beat at that price point. All bought online, quite responsive website, easy to activate warranty, fast postage and easy communication.
