Dear Citadium Team, I am contacting you because I encountered significant inconsistencies regarding the return fees for my recent order. Your website clearly communicates that returns are free of charge – for example through prominently displayed icons and statements such as “Free returns – 14 days to change your mind” and “Retours offerts sous 10 jours.” These claims are presented as official service benefits and strongly influence the purchase decision. Without these statements, I would not have placed an order. However, only during the return process (which does not work on the English version of your website) was I suddenly informed that the return would not be free. This information is not clearly stated anywhere beforehand – not in the cart, not in the order summary, nor on any service page. Your terms and conditions mention potential return fees, but they do not clearly specify how international returns are handled. Due to the technical issues and contradictory information, I initiated the return through customer service. However, I was not informed about any costs there either. When I asked directly about fees, the chat was closed without a response. Without finding the information on the French version of your website, I would have continued to assume that returns were free. From a customer perspective, this is misleading, as the visible website information contradicts the terms and conditions. I therefore kindly request: 1. A full refund of the return fees charged, 2. Written confirmation that my case has been corrected. Additionally, I ask you to fix the redirect to the return portal and to clearly communicate the actual return costs on your website. it is not possible to create a return label

I ordered two Sets of 3 mugs (as it said in product description on the Webshop) and received only two single mugs. Several Mails to Citadium Customer Service remained unanswered. Very poor Customer experience and I feel cheated!!!!
