I have a lovely bracelet that I love wearing but twice it has disintegrated on me without any pressure or catching it. On one occasion I was just sitting on a plane not moving or doing anything! My jeweller has successfully repaired it but told me to stop wearing it.
Also can you make more earrings- Non Butterfly back, with the catch the same as 2838/20-2038 they are so much easier to wear, put on - take off …. You don’t even know you are wearing them.

The earrings were very good but I paid extra for a 2 day delivery.
They arrived four days later so I could have used standard delivery and saved 10.00.
If the express service could not be achieved, you should refund the extra to maintain reputation and customers.

Excellent service, bracelet received quickly. Was disappointed with fastener as very difficult to put on and take off wrist. Have had to take to jewellers to have easier fastener put on.

The item was out of stock and no one advised me of this, it was a 40th birthday gift.
I had to ask fir a refund and go elsewhere... very very disappointed....

Good Product. Poor delivery.

The item I ordered was much smaller than shown in the picture. and there was no size indicated. It was very expensive and I was quite disappointed.
