I have a lovely bracelet that I love wearing but twice it has disintegrated on me without any pressure or catching it. On one occasion I was just sitting on a plane not moving or doing anything! My jeweller has successfully repaired it but told me to stop wearing it.
Also can you make more earrings- Non Butterfly back, with the catch the same as 2838/20-2038 they are so much easier to wear, put on - take off …. You don’t even know you are wearing them.

The earrings were very good but I paid extra for a 2 day delivery.
They arrived four days later so I could have used standard delivery and saved 10.00.
If the express service could not be achieved, you should refund the extra to maintain reputation and customers.

I love the rings!
I love the rings by your designer! Artistically they have minimalist perfection, and the substance of the bands makes them wearable for me.
Shipping was quick and uncomplicated.
I would have preferred an email as a way to contact the company. I dislike using chats.

The design is pretty and nice.
The design of the bracelet is pretty and nice, just as expected. I like the colour too, but I find it can be a tiny bit difficult to attach the clasp to the loop when I try to put it around my wrist by myself.
