The bag and the quality is very good, as described on the Page
The bag and the quality is very good, nothing to complain, it is as described on the page. We had an issue that the plastik distance bubles at the botton die fell off, Three of the four bubles. But what was really bad is that the screws which where left on the back stuck out and where really sharp and damaged other things. Please think of the following:
a.) Secure the screws in the plastick with strong screw Glue, typical a loctite product
b.) Use screws that are not that sharp at the end, that works if the plastik bubles have a proper whole and the screw does not need to drill the thread by itselft

How annoying that this happened to you! In your case, multiple bottom protectors have broken. Of course, it is no problem for us to send you new bottom protectors so that the problem can be resolved. After all, customers have the option to report such complaints to us via the website under 'Complaints & Returns'. We will send you 3 new bottom protectors and hope that we have helped you sufficiently with that.
