Bags were dispatched quick from Holland. However had a bit of hassle with Parcelforce UK with VAT and import charges then delivery. Paid the import charges but they didnt update their system so had to call them to sort it out. Getting Parcelforce on the phone was not easy or quick. Would be better if price included all import charges, and they just arrived hassle (Parcelforce) free.

Service was excellent and the product is what I was hoping for. However the delivery partner (DPD) was utterly atrocious and if I buy more bags as planned, I would have to insist on another courier company.

A very easy process from start to finish, very pleased with the product, they fit perfectly. It would be really helpful if a timeframe on the day of delivery could be provided by the carrier you use. Other than that I can’t fault the service.
