This is my first experience with Sportisimo and bought tennis balls. The sales price was attractive and customer reviews were good so I decided to try... My main and only reasons to not to be fully happy are webshop and logistics. When ordering the issue was the quantity management. First of all there was no option to purchase a complete full box. The next point is that it was not possible to increase quantity prior moving the item into the shopping cart. In the shopping cart it was possible to do that but the functionality was not easy to find. I found it only after persistent search ... The logistics is a bigger issue! It took 10 days to get the parcel - normally from other shops in the central Europe in has been 5-7 days. The real issue is the actual delivery: I bought a home delivery and it was confirmed . Today I got a message from the freight carrier (GLS) that the parcel is at a pick up point waiting for me - no home delivery. Now I have to commute to the pick up point which is not in the area which I regularly visit. Ps. I have no experience - yet - how the customer service and other functions work or if the parcel is inn mint condition but I have to provide some scores for them in the next phase of this survey => the scores provides are completely useless => please add "can't evaluate" option into the query Thanks

Sportisimo was the only retailer who had the coat I wanted in my size !. So thank you. Love the coat. The cardboard box it was delivered in when I picked it up at the Relais however, was punctured and partly opened. Please see pics. As this was my first purchase with Sportisimo, I will give you the benefit of the doubt, but I was alarmed that the coat might have been like the box - damaged !!

Sportissimo is an excellent supplier of sports items. The shoes I ordered were discontinued everywhere else and I found the size I wanted!! Super fast delivery 🤝✨

I placed an order to be delivered in Athens Greece and I provided a UK mobile phone number As I never received any communication about the delivery of my order I visited the ACS office in Athens and I was told that although my order had arrived, I didn’t receive any message because they would not send SMS to non Greek mobile numbers So I could have been waiting for ever if I didn’t think of visiting the local office Not the most efficient way of operating I am afraid Thank you

la seriedad con que gestionaron mi pedido, incluso contactando conmigo vía telefónica para confirmar algún dato del que tenían dudas. La rapidez ya que se calculaban 15 dias y me llegó en 7. Muy profesionales y el producto de calidad. Encontré el artículo que buscaba hacía tiempo en diferentes tiendas europeas y que no podia localizar ni por modelo ni por talla en ningún otro sitio. volveré a comprarles seguro.

Very fast and reliable

It is userfriendly, has clear and easy communication. The thing that can be done better is your marketing. Page visibiliti is very bad (I found your webshop only because I was searching for specific model of shose. I work in mkt and you really need to make your webshop more visable (optimization and better visibility needed)
