The Turning Point
I discovered your shoes thanks to the Flow Run store in Florence. I have issues with plantar fasciitis and heel spurs due to work. Matteo recommended them to me, and for 3 years I have only bought your shoes. I have eliminated orthotics, medication, and physiotherapy. Furthermore, they are beautiful. In the store, I dare to choose the most vibrant colors, then I got more subdued ones for work.
I am recommending them and having everyone try them.
Thank you very much.

Unique and Easy to Order
The website was easy to use and the shoes are soooo comfortable. I was in the Milan store and wanted to purchase some shoes, but had no space in my luggage. Luckily, they pointed me to the website and aI was able to order 4 pair.
Not only are they good looking and unique, but you feel like you are walking on air.
Hurry and get some!!

Great service and product
I contacted the Facebook page to ask for advice on which shoe to buy for a specific sport and to ask for information about the size since I normally wear a 37 1/2 but they don't have half sizes, and I had a really good experience. They were able to recommend the most suitable model and size based on my needs and even though I tried it for the first time in a competition for a whole day, it didn't hurt my foot despite being the first use. Definitely a quality shoe, if I find that it works well for me, I will also purchase the lighter model.

Comfort and style without compromise
This is my second pair of Fessura, while my partner already has 4. Amazing footwear: extremely comfortable, soft, mine (I have a pair of Foam X and one of Foam K) are incredibly lightweight compared to other shoes. The sole offers perfect support, even after many hours out and about I don't feel fatigued; special mention for the appearance: often comfortable shoes are ugly, with an outdated look. Not Fessura, they have an amazing, modern style, perfect even for the city (sometimes nodding to a minimal and contemporary Asian style).\nI absolutely recommend them. Excellent purchasing experience both online and in the Milan store.

The perfect mix of style and comfort
I was looking for a shoe that combined a modern look with a comfortable fit, and I found exactly what I wanted. These Fessura shoes are stunning in person, beautifully finished with stylish details in neutral tones. Comfort is their strong point: they are soft, light, and perfect for daily use. Impossible to do without! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ordered two models: this wonderful item, with grip and can also be used on steep terrain, recommended to me some time ago, also by Alessio from the Fessura team, article GSR N with the color 05 military and current model TRAIL PLT, beautiful green, of which I already have a pair in a different color, very comfortable, can also be worn barefoot.

Fessura enters the big brands
I got to know this brand by purchasing various models from Fessura's e-commerce partners. Repeated purchases for health reasons, having to wear an orthopedic insole to treat my chronic arthritis. Premium shoes and comfortable fit, also aesthetically appealing. By buying directly from the company, there's the added advantage of excellent sales service and more recent models.

Comfort, innovation, and premium materials
Unfortunately, since there are no stores in my city, I have to turn to the website. Over the years, they have maintained easy navigation and ease of use with fast shipping. In Fessura shoes, I found something extra compared to more renowned brands—comfort and lightness, even when standing all day, and I am ‘sturdy’. Premium materials with excellent construction and attention to detail, like the new insoles!

excellent customer service
I placed an order on the site, and within a few days, the item arrived at my home but it was incorrect. After exchanging a few emails, they informed me that the product I ordered was out of production and I could either choose a refund on my card or a voucher to spend on the site. Although all of this could have been avoided by indicating on the site that the product was out of production, I found the customer service excellent, quick, polite, and helpful. Furthermore, even though I didn't use the item, from what I saw, it seems to be of good quality.

I had problems with the size and had to return the item, but they were very professional. They sent the email, and the courier was very punctual, arriving on the day they said it would. I had a good experience. I’m just sorry that the shoes were tight, but I will buy again, they were comfortable, but I had this issue that they were a bit tight at the ankle. It's a shame because I really liked them.

Fessura always innovative and surprising 🔝
For years, I have exclusively worn Fessura shoes. For me, they are a guarantee of quality. Each shoe is meticulously designed to offer comfort, reliability, and an attractive design. The company staff is incredibly efficient, and Alessio, the Head of E-commerce and Digital, is always available to listen and recommend the best product for the needs of those who wear these special shoes. Excellent delivery service.

I bought this Running shoe out of curiosity. It's an excellent shoe, super cushioned and very lightweight. By mistake, I bought a size too large, and the customer service was extremely helpful in quickly arranging an exchange and accommodating me by changing the shipping address for the second shipment. I am very satisfied and recommend Fessura.

FESSURA products are a guarantee of quality and beauty, but most importantly, attention to everyone's daily well-being. Designed to support and accompany physical activity and everyday life, they are also special for that touch of modernity and design that satisfies every need and taste. I also find the cost fair compared to what they offer. When I wear FESSURA footwear, it doesn’t feel like I have them on, they are so comfortable, lightweight, and cozy! I would never take them off! FESSURA FOREVER!

The shoes are very comfortable, cute, and just like in the picture. I used the virtual fitting room that recommended a size up from mine and I must say it was right, they are perfect. I'm happy to have discovered this wonderful brand.

Excellent Shopping Experience
Shame about the tight shoe, I had to return it, but the product is truly excellent (materials, quality, purchase price) and the contact with their back office to process the return was excellent (very fast, very accommodating). Extremely positive shopping experience, I will definitely choose Fessura in the future. Only advice/request: please add size 13!!! ;-)
