I have to start off by saying we were really close to not placing the order at this shop simply because of all the other poor ratings. I took my time to go through ALL the poor ratings and discovered the dissatisfaction stemmed from poor estimates on the delivery time. So we placed the order thinking, worst case it arrives in 1 month. Guess what? It took 2 days to have my huge power bank delivered to Sweden. Honestly this shop was excellent! I could track my shipping through UPS up until the last stop. You guess did great on this one, thanks.

My order is stuck in transit since May 13th. There are no updates on DHL side and Photospecialist customer service is extremely slow in providing a solution. I paid more than €350 + €14.99 in shipping with the expectation that the order will be delivered within 5 business days. Again, no tracking info and absolutely no proactivity in fixing this. I need the product with URGENCY for business purposes and my order is clearly LOST. Please re-ship a new article or refund asap and I'll take my business elsewhere. This is a horrible experience and I feel scammed. I'll make sure to share my experience on all social media platforms and review sites as this is absolutely terrible and no customer should go through this bother after paying so much money for something that has been lost by the shipping company. If the product is lost , I shouldn't be the one paying the consequences. A good business practice would be opening an investigation with DHL and compensate the customer right away with a new shipment or a refund.

What you could improve? First of all the information flow. I have ordered and paid for the goods in end of Dec. and have zero information about excepted delivery time except delivery (order number: 12896657)

Sent a defective product. The microphone does not work, it won't turn on. The product description did not match reality, there was no information in the description about the microphone's compatibility with devices. The store does not respond to questions and does not react to feedback. 0 out of 5.

Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I am so sorry about this. Something went wrong with your order in the system. The last camera wasn't put in your order and someone else bought it. The delivery time for this camera is unknown at this moment, due to the chip shortage and suppliers are having issues with delivering camera's. I see that you have cancelled your order, so the amount is back to you. Again my apologies for this.

a little strange experience but okay

a little strange experience but turned out okay. I never got a confirmation mail, invoice on mail or in the box when i got my purchase so I have no papers/mail on my purchase. The item I bought was defect so I was a little afraid how things will turn out but it was put to shame. 2 days and they have excepted the claim and things was set in motion (slow but in motion). Now I have a new one and all is good.

I'm sorry but I can't recommend this shop. I ordered a neck strap for my Leica camera on the webshop, and they wrote that the delivering time would be 2-3 days and that it was on stock. After 3 days I wrote to them, and they told me that they didn't have the item and that there would be several days befor I would had it. They also withdrew the money that I had payed, right away, and when I cancelled my order they wrote that there would go 5-10 days before I received the money. This is not good enough and bad service and I will definitely not buy anything from them again. Tom Lauritzen Denmark

Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I am sorry to hear that the delivery was delayed with your order. We are improving the system, however this take some time. I understand that it seems strange that you have to pay right away and we take up to 10 working days to refund you. The reason it take us this amount of time has a reason. When you cancel your order, the customer service cancel this for you. Then it will be send to our finance, to put in the bank. Not every one has the same bank, so this takes another working day. So to keep everyone well informed we say 5 to 10 workdays, sometimes it is faster. I will send you an email, to make sure we can discuss this.
