I ordered a Datacolor Spyder LensCal from Photospecialist. Service was fast and the price was the best I could find anywhere. I was hesitant at first to order being the first time but I can say that I have no regrets at all. Only thing that might be improved is the fact that although the order did not take too long to arrive I had no idea of the package's whereabouts until it arrived home since the only information that I got was that the item had been handed over to the carrier. I never found the Track&Trace link mentioned in the email that was sent to me. Any way I am really happy with the purchase and the service. Very well recommended.
I tried twice to order some items but i have received a failed payment error , i have contacted my bank and they said that they didn’t received any payment link .
I’ve spoked with one of their staff and he gave me two options one to cancel the orders and try to make a new order and second one to send me another payment link .
I’ve choose to cancel and make a new order but when i tried to do this i found that the item that i was trying to order is not in stock.
This was my very first adept to order on their website and was a fail , it’s just not fair because when i made the order and the item was in stock and even if it was an error (not my fault) the item should be reserved to my account for a number of hours.
This is a very bad first time experience and the last one!
I needed one of those item for an upcoming project and now i have to rent a more complicated option.
I bougt a record-player with automatic lift of the pickup at the end of the record. It did not work as it should. I have written several mails to them about this. They only answer that I dont understand. They lie and say that my record-player not have automatic stop and lift or that I dont understand that I should press the button at the back of the player. They treet me as an idiot.

We're not meant to treat you like that, we're just trying to find a solution for you. The first answer was indeed a mistake, but some people contact us without checking the manual. Therefor my colleague was trying to let you know how to handle it. If the product still doesn't seem to work like it should, you can always return it within 14 days.

Paid for a specific delivery date (I was given several options and chose one). It is now two days past that date and the order is still in the Netherlands. Emails to customer support have been ignored and the phones are not answered. A shame but I will avoid this store in the future.
