It was easy to order the product online (a printer from Epson). It was delivered very quickly to our door. Parcel tracking was good and I could choose between ‘home door delivery’ or delivery to a ‘parcel box’.
We ordered as a company with VAT- number, it was easy to pay the Netto-price (as opposed to paying Brutto and then getting the VAT back from the tax authorities.
And the product (printer) works fantastically.

the item that arrives is ALWAYS DELAYED MORE THAN ONCE
And they throw their packages around so the packages are damaged when you get them.

How frustrating to read that the item is not charging. As you are still within your return period, you may return it and we will gladly exchange it.
