Ordering was easy and simple. There were some issues in the delivery but Mattia handled them for me. All the pieces were wrapped well. They should have packed the section that connects all the glass pieces separately from the stem as there was a hairline crack on the slim section. It bears no weight so shouldn’t crack further. Directions included were from a different chandelier than mine. I have a great electrician who was able to put it up. The piece is beautiful and looks just like the picture. Overall, I am very happy.

The ornaments are beautiful, no doubt. But they were shipped with DHL Express. I was OK with the price knowing that shipping from Europe to US was included. DHL tacked on a $31 charge before they would deliver and called it "Duty and taxes." The tax was less than $1.50. There is no duty on Christmas ornaments but there was an orange tariff of roughly $12. The rest (approximately $17) was a fee from DHL for processing that. So instead of feeling excited about my new purchase, I felt ripped off. I only got the breakdown of what the money was for after repeated inquiries. I paid it because I didn't think the seller should be out an order because DHL is extorting buyers. But I won't buy from here again.

We really love the glassware and are enjoying using such a stylish and ample glass. Our only criticism is that the import tax wasn’t included in the purchase price and it was a bit of a shock when the import tax came at the request of the delivery company. Firstly it felt like a bit of scam but then following emails and phone calls demanding the money it also felt like harassment.
We have no problem paying money for quality products but to be hassled for a further £96 post sale seems a bit untidy regarding your sales structure.
We still love the glasses and would buy again from you in full knowledge of the actual price.

Order was as described and quite beautiful. It arrived on time and I perfect condition. However, web site says “free shipping”. It is quite alarming to receive a msg from DHL the day the item is supposed to be delivered saying that a fee of approximately + 25% is due and the item is being held until paid within 5 days or it will be returned to shipper. I paid the unknown fee and item was delivered the next day. But web site is quite misleading…not sure reason for additional fee and if it eventually went to DHL or Murano Glass. I will surely be very cautious before ordering again from Murano Glass.

Lovely Cross
The cross is lovely. The cord is fine but it has a metal clasp which I am allergic to.
The delivery was good but the packaging in the box is dreadful. On opening, the bits of packaging, only way to describe it, went everywhere. Horrible stuff that stuck on my clothes and the rugs, it has put me off buying anything else.

When I was in Italy, i bought a few pieces of Murano glass. They are beautiful. I forgot to buy earrings, so I bought a pair online. They also are beautiful but they are too big for me. I should have paid more attention to the measurements(they are what you said). I also didn’t realize how much duty I would be paying. I would like to buy a smaller pair, but I don’t see any online. If I ever go back, I will definitely buy smaller earrings.
