The team supported me through the whole process. The responded very quickly to all my questions. Finally, the price was very good. The only thing that could use some improving is the software instructions (Office 2024 - steps 7 through 16 are a bit difficult to follow and should be worded slightly different, also the instructions should be made in a format that the font size can be adjusted to view easier).

I purchased software from this company and was very pleased with the experience. While the installation process is a little involved, the step-by-step screenshots on the website make everything clear and easy to follow. I would certainly recommend this company.

Did not receive the key in the first mail received (after purchase). So, I was a bit sceptical. Sent them a mail to inform them that key was missing. But received the key a few hours after (they did apologise for the delay). Had no issues to install the software.

Easy to use and does not dissapoint. Works every time, and if not, they have an excelent helpdesk

If I could I would leave zero or minus stars.. I bought a 3 months Adobe license and I had not receive any license code at all, all I got, after almost an entire day, was a fake fishing email from noreply(at)mail.tpservices.net where it invited me to access "Adobe Creative Cloud Access", which obviosly doesn't exist written in that way, in which it said I were to join the Team of Christopher E Lewis (?) in order to get three months license, with a link stating with "acrs.adobe.com" which is also phishing. I also got a faked Adobe email saying that they have "modified" my business account, which I did not have to begin with. The customer service from Softload is non existent, I had to send about 100 messages to get a very dismissive reply, and of course still they did not give me any money back, as a matter of fact, the person who finally answered my email after 36 hours, denied that the link is malicious. So at this point I can confidently say that is whole website is a phishing scam and that it should be closed, and whoever operates it is a crminal and should be put in jail. Do not buy anything here.

Ik kocht een licentie voor autocad, nog geen problemen gehad tot nu. Ik heb het product betaalt en krijg een bevestiging van de betaling in mijn mail. Nadien krijgt u normaal een mail voor de activatie, deze heb ik tot op heden nog niet gekregen. Ik probeer contact op te nemen met het bedrijf maar krijg geen reactie... Jammer, heb hier nog nooit problemen gehad in het verleden...
