Seen the tools many times on YouTube (LinusTechTips and JayzTwoCents mainly). Finally invested in the Pro Tech Toolkit, Magnetic Project Mat and Anti-Static Project Tray. Excellent quality, broad choice of products to suit your specific equipment needs and very competitive pricing all backed up by the guarantee. First job was to replace an XBox One X hard drive with an SSD, used iFixit guide :)

I've had the battery fitted to my phone and at the moment, it certainly works - so great. However the delivery was not so great! It was sent by FedEx International Priority - however firstly I was not given a tracker number. Secondly the parcel was delayed because my flat number had apparently not been included by FedEx on the parcel. It took over a week to get to me, then only cos I chased it
