L’unica volta in cui una componente di una lampada è arrivato danneggiato, dal servizio clienti, la signora Marilena che mi ha aiutata, è stata celere e davvero gentile nel risolvere il problema e mettersi in contatto con la casa produttrice per spedirmi il pezzo sostitutivo. Ottimo servizio!

I made an order in MOHD in November 2023. The webpage showed that it was expected to be shipped in 3 to 4 weeks. However, I did not receive the work until April 2024. During the process, I kept urging and asking about the progress, but I was never able to get the estimated delivery date. It was not until February that I finally received a notification from DHL that the goods would be shipped, but the goods were withdrawn because the base was damaged. After constant urging, I would like to thank Susanna for her patience and replying to my emails in time every time, although she could not keep track of the shipment progress. In early April, I finally received a shipment notification from DHL, but after receiving the goods, the base was damaged again. At this time, Tania from the Mohd after-sales department took over the processing, and I finally received the replacement base in late May. The whole process went back and forth with more than 100 emails to track the progress, and I almost thought I had encountered an online scam. Thanks to the two MOHD staff members, Susanna and Tania, if it were not for their good service, I would only give MOHD one star due to severe delays in delivery and no firm delivery date can be given.

Excellent customer service. I bought SMEG kettle D&G edition back in December 2023 and had problem with the sticker. I thought being in Saudi Arabia will not help in fixing this problem and the local dealer refused to accept the kettle. But the MOHD store customer service (Angelo specifically) initiated return shipment and replaced the kettle through SMEG in Italy. I appreciate the support and the time they put to fix the problem and I encourage everyone to deal with MOHD store.

Eccellente lavoro di gestione di una problematica legata a un danno del prodotto ricevuto. Servizio clienti rapido e di supporto, in particolare Marilena è stata gentile, veloce, precisa e soprattutto concreta. Consiglierò MOHD e continuerò ad acquistare.. a patto che mi garantiscano il supporto di Marilena anche in futuro :)

Purchase and deliveries were fast and smooth. There was a frustration in the customer service afterwards, but we understood that it was due to a misunderstanding on both parts. Overall I’ll be happy to use MOHD again.

The sales was very responsive during my product enquiry stage. I was a bit hesitant to purchase high value furniture via oversea online shop at the beginning. But their responsiveness and attentive to details gave me confidence to finally make the order. The timeline for the made-to-order furniture to warehouse was shorter than I expected. Moreover I got a pleasant surprise by being upgraded to air freight shipping! I am so happy to receive my dream armchair in such short period of time and better pricing!
