I had to send back a defective product to have it changed and the responsible at the customer service at Mohd was not only immediately efficient in taking care of everything in the quickest time, but also very caring, gentle and kind. Il mese di novembre scorso ho comprato una lampada da terra ARCO di FLOS completa di lampadina LED sul sito francese di MOHD visto che abito in Francia. Ho ricevuto la lampada completa di lampadina LED dopo qualche giorno. Purtroppo, dopo solo 9 mesi di utilizzo (4-5 ore circa ogni sera), la lampadina LED ha smesso di funzionare. Visto che la durata di vita prevista per questa lampadina è di circa 20'000 ore e nel mio caso la lampadina ha funzionato solo meno di 1'500 ore, ho contattato l'assistenza post vendita di MOHD per richiedere la sostituzione della lampadina in garanzia. Grazie alla rapidità e all'efficienza di Marilena ho ricevuto la nuova lampadina LED direttamente a casa tramite corriere espresso e senza pagare neanche un Euro.

Wonderful service The story starts sad: I ordered a lamp which arrived in Switzerland completely damaged, it was the fault of the delivery company. Mohd immediately offered me a cash return or a replacement, I went for the replacement (I really want that lamp). Some weeks later, I received an invoice for the customs clearance from the delivery company. I contacted Mohd and they once again immediately, that means only after 2 or 3 minutes, that they will contact the company so Mohd can pay the invoice. So, even without the correct delivery of my lamp, I love the company and their service. So I am sure it won't be my last order.

I had a good experience with MOHD and especially their customer representative Angelo. I bought mugs from MOHD and unfortunately the goods damaged during delivery. After I contacted MOHD I got a quick reply from Angelo who then promptly arranged a replacement. I'm satisfied with MOHD's codes for serving customers and I appreciate Angelo for his works.

We have purchased on Mohd in several occasions and have always been pleasantly surprised by the fast shipping and, most importantly, the exceptional customer service (which answers questions thoroughly within 24 hours). We highly recommend it!

Perfect service!

I bought the Eva Solo kettle, and after less than seven weeks of use, the lid melted. It melted completely into a pool of black plastic in the bottom of the kettle. If the lid of a kettle can so easily melt, it is not fit for purpose and it is not permitted under Australian Consumer Law to sell such an item. As you are selling into Australia, the law requires you to replace or refund the value of the kettle. I informed Eva Solo and they directed me to contact Mohd, who provides a 24 month warranty on the product. They said they would be able to follow up with their agent in Italy after I had approached MOHD. MOHD refused to honour their warranty, claiming that it doesn't cover accidental damage! I used the kettle only in the normal way, and provided photos. I certainly did not contribute to the problem. After more emails, on 16 May 2015 Sofia at MOHD said she would check again with the company and get back to me in a few days. On 29 May 2015 I asked Eva Solo whether they were able to offer any further assistance. I have not heard from either of them since. This is deceptive and fraudulent behaviour. I have a warranty on the product and it should have been honoured.

We purchased a Copenhagen 101 lamp (Danish manufacturing company) in December 2023, which unfortunately arrived with a damaged piece (one of the glass spheres was broken), we reported it and we were assured that the replacement piece would be sent, which we received after 2 months. However, the piece was not the right one for our lamp. After a series of communications with customer service (and another sphere received as a replacement, always incorrect) we understood that the components of our lamp, which was new, were no longer produced by the Danish parent company. Mohd took care of taking back the damaged item at its own expense and sending us a new complete one. All this unfortunately after a year of emails and phone calls. Our 4 stars therefore go to customer service and in particular to Silvia who immediately proved to be present and willing to resolve our problems.
