A crack was discovered in the large shade of our Louis Poulsen PH80 Floor Lamp. This item was purchased from MOHD in Italy. A brief description along with a few pictures of the defect were sent to MOHD Customer Service. Silvia at MOHD secured a warrantee replacement shade which was promptly sent to our home. Considering the world-wide logistics this whole process was Professional and Efficient! Thank You MOHD, Louis Poulsen…and a very special Thank You to Silvia.

I ordered a coffee table from MOHD. The process ordering internationally was smooth and easy. Unfortunately, a portion the coffee table arrived damaged but MOHD was helpful about getting the replacement sent, which arrived safely. The customer service team is very responsive.

I bought a gorgeous SMEG toaster. Unfortunately, even with an adaptor, the voltage issue (US/Europe) caused me to return toaster. The service from MOHD was incredible. Silvie was responsive and so helpful. She arranged for DHL to pick up package from my house. I didn't have to do a thing. Very impressed!
