Ho acquistato una libreria Kriptonite su questo sito, non ho avuto nessun problema, anzi sono stati loro a risolverli brillantemente visto che due delle mensole avevano dei difetti di verniciatura, si sono prodigati subito per risolvere facendole sostiuire dall'azienda produttrice. Ho interagito con una loro operatrice (Marilena) che è stata sempre gentilissima e risolutiva.

White glove service
I bought a gorgeous SMEG toaster. Unfortunately, even with an adaptor, the voltage issue (US/Europe) caused me to return toaster. The service from MOHD was incredible. Silvie was responsive and so helpful. She arranged for DHL to pick up package from my house. I didn't have to do a thing. Very impressed!
