Acquisto avvenuto in sicurezza dopo aver preso contatto con il supporto che mi ci ha seguiti in tutto il processo. Fatturazione nel 2022 come richiesto. Per motivi di causa maggiore abbiamo dovuto rendere il prodotto perchè abbiamo avuto un'importante infiltrazione in magazzino ed essendo un prodotto ingombrante e costoso non era sicuro gestirlo in questo momento. Reso gestito in maniera efficace, un piccolo costo di gestione gestito al 50% con l'azienda, rimborso e nota di accredito ricevuti a distanza di pochi giorni. Supporto clienti fantastico, in particolare ringrazio Aleandra per la pazienza e per l'offerta di utilizzare un voucher per recuperare quanto spedo per il reso in un futuro acquisto. Che dire: il TOP. Di sicuro tornerò a fare affari con loro, sono davvero gentili e pazienti. Siamo commerciali anche noi e ci comportiamo allo stesso modo, bravi!
