It’s been a while since I haven’t revived a pair of such well made shoes. They are both beautiful and comfortable at the same time. They feel really made with care and love, the leather is soft, the shape is perfect and the inside super cosy and comfortable.
I usually do not do any reviews but in this instance I was so impressed I had to! Thank you Balagan. You have a new costumer for life now.

The delivery went great. But unfortunately, the right side of the shoe had some damage.
I bought my shoes from the Balagan site, because I wanted to give my biggest support to a ‘smaller’ brand, but now that this happened I wish I had bought them from Zalando as they return policy is better.
I know have to pay 15€ for the return from Belgium to Italy… But the shoe is literally damaged and also the quality of the shoes felt a lot less then you would expect.

The bag is much smaller than the measurements shown, it is not the Rofe m, but the S. In fact, the "S" is shown inside, in the seams.
I think it is not very correct.

The label with 's' inside is only a designation of the workshop that sewed the bag. Are the dimensions really different? If so, please send us an email with a photo.

Wymiana artykułów trwa bardzo długo, a proces informowania o postępie jest delikatnie mówiąc oszczędny. Nie wiadomo czy i kiedy paczka została wysłana, nie ma żadnego terminu, kiedy dotrze. Na stronie zakładka „my orders” jest właściwie bezużyteczna w tym temacie :(
Szkoda, bo rzeczy projektujecie przepiękne.

Hi Keisha, We are very sorry for shipping the pair with a defect. If you had only contacted the store after receiving the order, we would have offered a refund or an exchange for a new pair.

Wrong sizing and bad costumer services.
I order a pair of shoes size 37, but it fits more like a size 37.5, it is too big for me. I wanted to exchanged it, and it seems complicated and I'll have to pay extra fees for the shipping, which is unfortunate.

Hi! We are sorry that you were unable to choose the right size. the website includes tables with insert dimensions for each model. Exchanges are not complicated - just send the returned pair with the exchange form and we will send a new pair within the EU at our expense.

Unfortunately, sometimes parcels are destroyed in transit, we are very sorry, we hope that nothing happened to the shoes. Of course, we understand that the shoes turned out to be uncomfortable for you, the selection of shoes is a very individual matter and it is impossible to design shoes that will fit everyone. Maybe next time you will choose perfectly comfortable ones.
