I sent a mail to the customer service and Agata answered me in minutes and helped me get the information that I needed. The shipment was really fast and the boots are AMAZING. Also I bought from the outlet and if those are the faulty ones I cannot imagine how perfect must be those on full price. Simply amazing! Sorry for my English but it’s not my first language.

Incredibly comfortable shoes from the first wear! (Which is like a miracle for me). You have earned a loyal customer. Delivery was fast, and the obvious, but that you can see on the pictures are the cool and original designs. keep some colourful options! even in winter :)

Customer service was fantastic. I sent an email asking if they shipped to the US and I got a response the filling morning. Then they responded immediately when I messaged about having an issue with my credit card. The shoes arrived quickly and the quality is terrific. What a wonderful company. A+ thank you so much. The shoes are beautiful.

The leather is like butter on the feet! Soo soft. I particularly like the ballet toe / the gathered toe because it igives my toes the space they need. And I like that they are a little big because then I have space for my insoles - and actually be able to use them. I also like the different styles because I need to have the straps to keep them on my feet. I bought a pair of Batsheva last year in Rosa. I love the colour, but I only use them for my summer indoor shoes, because I can't keep them on my feet well enough to use them IRL. I hope that will be better with Doris...and that they make it possible for my difficult feet to finally wear ballet flats It was a nice surprise that the shipping was free. My only wish is Doris in gold and Rosa! I would like to try the low Dora to see. if they also do the trick, but am a bit afraid beyI don't know what the return shipping cost will be. And of course I love the name - my favourite word, so describing.

I ordered and received the very beautiful Rosalia Brown handbag—lovely craftsmanship—but it didn't quite suit my needs. I ordered a Marianne M instead. (Note: please reinforce packages being shipped long distances within Europe/France). Excellent customer service responsiveness!!! Well done!!!

I ordered a beautiful pair of boots at Balagan this time. All went smoothly, from order to delivery to the Netherlands. I have another pair of Balagan shoes that I love. Very good quality and great design

Its been a while since I saw product so beautifully made. The shoes are absolutely stunning and quality is outstanding. We need more products like this: made with love and precision. Unfortunately, with a broken heart I have to return them due to the sudden problem with my foot. But I will definitely order bag or flat shoes.

Excellent quality of the leather and the cut. Quick and reliable delivery. Perfect packaging. I would really recommend Balagan. Balagan has -for my opinion- the newest, coolest and future looks for reasonable prices!

Love, love the shoes I bought 🫶 4 stars for the quality, quick handling of the order, and the packaging. The only reason for the missing star is the shipping cost. I’ve never paid such a high shipping fee (€15), even when ordering across Europe. The same goes for returns. If I hadn’t wanted the shoes so badly, I probably wouldn’t have ordered.

An absolutely stunning design that I will be proudly wearing telling people how good this polish company is :)

Batai itin dailūs, patogūs ir kokybiški! Perku jau trečius batus iš jūsų firmos.

Some really lovely shoes – the quality is excellent. Unfortunately, one pair didn’t fit properly.

Wonderful shoes—the style and quality are superb. I’m so glad I discovered BALAGAN.

The quality is excellent. Nowadays, it’s very difficult to find handmade clothing made from high-quality materials. I especially appreciate the use of natural textiles such as leather. The prices are very fair for the quality and even more affordable than those of competitors. I also really like the transparency the company provides and the design of the website. For these reasons, I highly recommend this brand!

Bardzo dobrej jakości obuwie, sprawna wysyłka, wszystko poszło okej i jestem bardzo zadowolona z zakupu. :)

The quality and fit of the shoes are excellent. Shipping was prompt!

Wonderful quality as always, very soft and comfortable

Such great quality and the item came in less than a week even though I live in the US! 10/10, definitely will be ordering from Balagan again
