The leather is like butter on the feet! Soo soft. I particularly like the ballet toe / the gathered toe because it igives my toes the space they need. And I like that they are a little big because then I have space for my insoles - and actually be able to use them. I also like the different styles because I need to have the straps to keep them on my feet. I bought a pair of Batsheva last year in Rosa. I love the colour, but I only use them for my summer indoor shoes, because I can't keep them on my feet well enough to use them IRL. I hope that will be better with Doris...and that they make it possible for my difficult feet to finally wear ballet flats It was a nice surprise that the shipping was free. My only wish is Doris in gold and Rosa! I would like to try the low Dora to see. if they also do the trick, but am a bit afraid beyI don't know what the return shipping cost will be. And of course I love the name - my favourite word, so describing.

Its been a while since I saw product so beautifully made.The shoes are absolutely stunning and quality is outstanding. We need more products like this: made with love and precision. Unfortunately, with a broken heart I have to return them due to the sudden problem with my foot. But I will definitely order bag or flat shoes.

Jedyny minus to rozmiarówka na stronie i dl wkładki trochę są mylące, zamawiałam buty na Islandię, więc ryzykowałam, ale po konsultacji ze sztuczną inteligencją i spr na Zalando poleceń rozmiaru, udało zamówić się odpowiedni rozmiar. Jestem bardzo zadowolona i myślę, że to nie jest pierwsza i ostatnia para 🩵

Love, love the shoes I bought 🫶 4 stars for the quality, quick handling of the order, and the packaging. The only reason for the missing star is the shipping cost. I’ve never paid such a high shipping fee (€15), even when ordering across Europe. The same goes for returns. If I hadn’t wanted the shoes so badly, I probably wouldn’t have ordered.

The quality is excellent. Nowadays, it’s very difficult to find handmade clothing made from high-quality materials. I especially appreciate the use of natural textiles such as leather. The prices are very fair for the quality and even more affordable than those of competitors. I also really like the transparency the company provides and the design of the website. For these reasons, I highly recommend this brand!

Confesso che non conoscendo il brand e riuscendo a fatica a rimanere sul sito in inglese, non ero certa di ricevere quello che avevo visto ed acquistato. Mi sono fidata delle recensioni e ho fatto bene, gli stivaletti sono di ottima qualità, lo stile lace up senza vip finalmente...fantastico! Sono più che soddisfatta penso che farò altri acquisti in futuro. Da ottimizzare il sito internazionale.

The only thing I don’t like is the size of the shafts that are really larger than expected and larger than what shown in the pictures on the website. They are really too much huge and don’t fit well normal calfs, and obviosusly nor fit them properly slim or skinny calfs. I hope a good shoemaker will help me to tighten them.

I love the design of the boots (ARAVA) and the quality of the leather feels good and soft. The shipment was fast and customer service responsive and kind. However, I’ve noticed that the sole is: - not technical : this is a winter boot… cannot be slippery - not great quality as I only walked outside once and I already notice the erosion. As said design is unmatched but at that price point I expect more than design.

Please produce comfortable shoes, but not only for girls with very tall feet, but also for normal feet. He shoes with heels are not optimal. Please optimise the cuts and proportions. I always visit your shops and I would buy much more!

Just received my Stav burgundy boots and they are fabulous. Beautiful leather, gorgeous styling and fabulous colour. They are going to be so useful. I wore them for the first time today - they only arrived yesterday - and my friends commented on them immediately. And the ordering and delivery process was very efficient. I was a bit worried about ordering from Poland to the UK, just because I’d never done that before, but everything was very smooth and very quick. Will definitely order again and highly recommend.
