The delivery went great. But unfortunately, the right side of the shoe had some damage.
I bought my shoes from the Balagan site, because I wanted to give my biggest support to a ‘smaller’ brand, but now that this happened I wish I had bought them from Zalando as they return policy is better.
I know have to pay 15€ for the return from Belgium to Italy… But the shoe is literally damaged and also the quality of the shoes felt a lot less then you would expect.
I really like the concept of Balagan and the shoes are extraordinary comfortable. I really have problems to find comfortable shoes for my feet. The customer service though is not very nice and if there is an issue with a reclamation it just takes way too long. And I was a fan of the first version of the Opera ballerinas. I don’t like the new version. The sole is too thin and the fit is different.
Love Balagan’s.. site are clear and easy to buy, even from Italy!! Can’t stop to collect these beautiful and extrimely comfy shoes.

Lubię Balagan za wygodne buty, szybką wysyłkę oraz w razie potrzeby sprawnie przeprowadzony zwrot. Szkoda, że nie ma opcji zwrotu bezpośrednio z Państwa strony internetowej. Zachęcające do dalszych zakupów byłoby też zbieranie punktów za każdą zakupioną parę obuwia czy torebki.
