It’s been a while since I haven’t revived a pair of such well made shoes. They are both beautiful and comfortable at the same time. They feel really made with care and love, the leather is soft, the shape is perfect and the inside super cosy and comfortable.
I usually do not do any reviews but in this instance I was so impressed I had to! Thank you Balagan. You have a new costumer for life now.

The delivery went great. But unfortunately, the right side of the shoe had some damage.
I bought my shoes from the Balagan site, because I wanted to give my biggest support to a ‘smaller’ brand, but now that this happened I wish I had bought them from Zalando as they return policy is better.
I know have to pay 15€ for the return from Belgium to Italy… But the shoe is literally damaged and also the quality of the shoes felt a lot less then you would expect.

Jakość produktów i niebanalne fasony są tym co u Was Kocham. Charakterystyczny styl, który uwielbiam. Obcas 5 cm jest najlepszy ❤️
To czego mi brakuje to wygodne buty z kwadratowymi noskami, które nie tworzą halluksów. Bardzo dużo ludzi ma z nimi problem, w tym ja. Buty zaokrąglone lub spiczaste są ładne, ale po prostu się nie nadają do noszenia. Wszystkie stopy, które widze na jodze to potwierdzają.
Udało mi się u Was kupić sandały, platformy, które maja kwadratowe czubki i są obłędne 🤩 więc potraficie to zrobić 🙂

Like the style but not as comfortable as the Lia boots that I love. Lia boots were comfortable from the start, the Liat ones will need some breaking into. I was actually thinking about returning and getting another pair of Lia boots but it’s expensive to send back.

Love the shoes , I was nervous as I have wide feet but they fit perfectly - unlike any other shoes I have bought.
I had issues with UPS delivering my order - they sent numerous rescheduled delivery date emails, and their website has a glitch and could not allow me to pay the UK customs tax which was so frustrating. I didn’t have good customer service with UPS on the phone. This caused hassle.
