Review summary
Customers consistently highlight the competitive and discounted prices as a major draw, and many are pleased with the careful, sturdy packaging that ensures products arrive in excellent or gift-ready condition. The quality and authenticity of products receive repeated praise, with satisfaction expressed for both common and hard-to-find items. Shoppers also appreciate the wide selection and the availability of rare or out-of-stock products, as well as the thoughtful inclusion of free samples or gifts. Customer service is generally regarded as responsive, helpful, and polite, contributing to a positive shopping experience. However, some customers express frustration with slow or delayed shipping, indicating that delivery times can be inconsistent. Additionally, a few customers mention slow replies or difficulty in reaching customer support, suggesting room for improvement in communication and support response times.

First Time Customer
First off, I'm a customer from the US. Sabina was amazing to buy from, even with the uncertain macroeconomic landscape with import duties and tariffs. They included all charges upfront and made the process very simple and easy. I made an error with the address and they were quick to help me fix the problem even after they shipped the product. I highly recommend this business for their amazing customer service and great pricing!

Beautifully packaged and in a sturdy box for travelling. The perfume itself is sealed with cellophane so that, as it was a gift, I could not open it and check it, but I have no reason to believe it is anything other than perfect

What a lovely review to receive! We’re especially pleased that the careful packaging gave you confidence when choosing the perfume as a gift. We hope the recipient loves it just as much!

Great online shopping experience
I have a positive shopping experience - the goods took some time to deliver due to coming from EU but it arrived as expected, in perfect condition and for a great price. Normally am quite apprehensive towards the online shops and quite picky where I shop from but the price was irresistible and I am glad I picked Sabina. Great experience.

Fantastic and quick service- being international that is quite a feat. Arrived to my door earlier than expected and in good condition. Overall, great experience. Saved money even with I international shipping as compared to anywhere in the US to buy the new fragrance.

Good value purchase, good communication, packaged well, long wait for delivery but have to consider going through customs etc so would be mindful of ordering in good time if purchasing for a gift #birthday

Thanks so much for your balanced feedback. We're sorry the wait was longer than you'd hoped, and we appreciate your understanding. We hope your next experience is smoother. Kind regards!

Great item, informed on delivery regularly. Not the quickest delivery (to UK) so if you need an item quickly maybe not the best option. Very good price for genuine item though.

An excellent on line perfume store
The advertised discount was across all perfumes and there were no tricks, such as sold out. Every perfume in every size was discounted. The shipment was quick and the package very sturdy.

They stocked what I was looking for at a reasonable price and gave quick dispatch to my order. Coming from Europe it took a few days to get here and it only arrived two days ago therefore I can’t rate the product yet. I would look at their site again for products not widely sold in the UK.

Worth it 😀
Reasonable price, secure shipping, and free samples joined to the parcel, something we seldom get in the UK; thank you!

Delivery too longer than I expected.
Well I know the perfume already. It arrived in good condition and original and I like it.
Initially the said 3 to 10day delivery,
But the delivery took longer than I expected. I ordered on the 15th July, it arrived 28july, that's like 13days, just Spain to UK. It's good that I could track it. But I almost flagged it as scam to get a refund. Good thing I had some patience. At some point 5days no update. I emailed the store I go reply which is good.

Thank you for your patience and honest feedback. We’re glad your original perfume arrived safely. Delivery estimates are in working days, though UK customs may cause tracking pauses. We’ll continue working to make international deliveries clearer and smoother.

I absolutely love Paco Rabanne Fame In Love! The scent is fresh, sweet and feminine without being overpowering. It has a beautiful fruity-floral vibe that’s perfect for everyday wear but still special enough for evenings out. The fragrance lasts really well on my skin and I always get compliments when I wear it.
I got it on discount so the price was really good, amazing value for money! Delivery was also very fast which made the whole experience even better. The bottle is stunning and looks gorgeous on my dresser. I highly recommend it very happy with my purchase 💕✨
