First off, I'm a customer from the US. Sabina was amazing to buy from, even with the uncertain macroeconomic landscape with import duties and tariffs. They included all charges upfront and made the process very simple and easy. I made an error with the address and they were quick to help me fix the problem even after they shipped the product. I highly recommend this business for their amazing customer service and great pricing!

Beautifully packaged and in a sturdy box for travelling. The perfume itself is sealed with cellophane so that, as it was a gift, I could not open it and check it, but I have no reason to believe it is anything other than perfect

I have a positive shopping experience - the goods took some time to deliver due to coming from EU but it arrived as expected, in perfect condition and for a great price. Normally am quite apprehensive towards the online shops and quite picky where I shop from but the price was irresistible and I am glad I picked Sabina. Great experience.

Fantastic and quick service- being international that is quite a feat. Arrived to my door earlier than expected and in good condition. Overall, great experience. Saved money even with I international shipping as compared to anywhere in the US to buy the new fragrance.

The advertised discount was across all perfumes and there were no tricks, such as sold out. Every perfume in every size was discounted. The shipment was quick and the package very sturdy.

They stocked what I was looking for at a reasonable price and gave quick dispatch to my order. Coming from Europe it took a few days to get here and it only arrived two days ago therefore I can’t rate the product yet. I would look at their site again for products not widely sold in the UK.

Well I know the perfume already. It arrived in good condition and original and I like it. Initially the said 3 to 10day delivery, But the delivery took longer than I expected. I ordered on the 15th July, it arrived 28july, that's like 13days, just Spain to UK. It's good that I could track it. But I almost flagged it as scam to get a refund. Good thing I had some patience. At some point 5days no update. I emailed the store I go reply which is good.

I absolutely love Paco Rabanne Fame In Love! The scent is fresh, sweet and feminine without being overpowering. It has a beautiful fruity-floral vibe that’s perfect for everyday wear but still special enough for evenings out. The fragrance lasts really well on my skin and I always get compliments when I wear it. I got it on discount so the price was really good, amazing value for money! Delivery was also very fast which made the whole experience even better. The bottle is stunning and looks gorgeous on my dresser. I highly recommend it very happy with my purchase 💕✨

I found out about your company website, from a Google search, I was looking for paco rabanne new one million night elixir, i couldn't find it anywhere, till I did a search, Google said your company ratings were high and trustworthy and trust pilot gave you a high rating, my only concern is that, there is no way to reach you, I live in the USA and you only have a customer service phone number and your country. The only chat A.I. bot. Kept saying I do not understand. It takes days before customer service sends you back a email message. So of the reviews from Google and trustpilot some customer's we're saying how they never received there package from you. How the carrier DHL says one thing. For me I am so glad I was the luckiest few that did received their package. But I dont see myself rolling the dice and placing another order from your company, sad to say, i see a lot of hard to find fragrances and new fragrances. But i don't want to take another chance. Thank you for my first and most likely last order.

I was able to buy my favourite perfume Ô de Lancôme that I could not find elsewhere .

Chose euros as the currency but for some reason it changed to dollars and it didn't show that in the checkout. I was charged in dollars and paid exchange fees that I didn't ask for

There was a problem with my order which the company should have picked up before sending out the product. However- they were wonderful at responding and refunding me swiftly and I applaud all those involved. Excellent customer service.
