Considering the shipment from Spain to Italy, it is really quick (4-5days, delivered on Saturday!) The prices are exceptionally good and I already find a good bargain. It's been my favorite online shop since 3 years. The box is well provided of antiShock paper (showing an eye for green packaging) and I always find samples of perfumes inside the parcel. That how I "discovered" my current perfume (from CH,212 vip rosé).

The shipping was super fast from Spain to California, so that service is valued and appreciated. However, i read a review to be careful of cosmetic purchases but I was hoping that was one off experience. My Shiseido Future Solution LX eye cream arrived will a big dent of missing/used up cream. I compared the opened product to Shiseido’s website and the thick cream fills up the jar with no missing large scoop of cream gone. I contacted customer service for partial percentages reimbursement of the missing cream for win win solution as i want to keep the product to try. They have not responded.
