Some comments.
I couldn't find paperwork in the packages that would allow me to check the contents so had to print one out.
The delivery man offered on package (12 bottles) and said that was all he had. I insisted there should be more an d he soon found the remaining package. Made me wonder about the situation had I signed for the delivery without checking!
The packaging is no doubt excellent at protecting the bottles but it is very dense and difficult to disassemble for placing in recyling bins

Horrible! Will not order there anymore. I ordered on the 6th of september 6 bottles of wine for approx. 133 €. I ordered only wine that was in stock and available for immediate delivery. But Vinissimus shipped only 8 days after my order! Obviously their delivery availability is clearly not up-to-date. Though I asked several times, they never told me the SEUR shipping and tracking information and informed me finally - after 2 weeks - that SEUR can - due to "an incident" not deliver me. Very suspicious that they always refused to hand me the tracking link though I asked several times - before they always provided me with the tracking nr.
Never again! They are not reliable. Their availability status is completely incorrect and their custom service is really lousy!

One item I had ordered, happened to be out of stock ( that can happen). But they offered me a similar product. Which proved to be an excellent choice. After that the delivery went perfect. I highly recommend this seller.

You warned me at the time of the order that due a shortage of stock part of the order would have to be delivered in January with a second delivery charge, if I was prepared to bear the cost, or otherwise the delayed element would be cancelled. I assented, because Papirusa is too good to forgo! When the delivery arrived the full quantity was there. I am looking forward to rememberig this Christmas through a relaxing haze of Manzanillia fumes!

Wine good, service from you good, delivery bad, they kept sending messages, including one for change of day, I filled it in because we were 200 miles from our house, next thing I get a message, saying, delivered and accepted by me! Impossible!
It was left outside the door , my neighbour saw it sat there in the rain and took it in.

Delivery can take a while but as this was over the Christmas and New year understandable. The wines i have bought jhave been excellent value and quality so over all very happy. Have recommended to many already.

The courier delivered the boxes to the house next door. We were in but he made no attempt to deliver to us. The people next door were not in do he left on their doorstep.
