Good communication. There was a discrepancy between the online inventory and actual one, where I ordered 6 ssds, only 4 being actually available. I got a mail less than 24 hours after ordering, explaining the situation and offering multiple options (sending 4 ssds and reimbursing for the missing 2, or full reimbursement and the order completely cancelled). Once my choice was made (went with 4 ssds and reimbursment), the shipping occurred quickly, delivery the next day, and reimbursment the day after. Always polite, and the ssds that were delivered were as described on the website. Will definitely consider ordering again.

Really good customer service, fast delivery even with strikes going on. Good deals. Package well protected and with some freebies which is nice. Also the refurbished item I bought, after checking the state almost new, I bought a refurbished SSD, and it's not even at 1% used
