Didn’t receive my parcel

Dear Customer,
Your parcel is still in transit with Anpost courier. It should be with you shortly. We do apologise for the slow delivery times by the couriers at the moment. They are under huge pressure now at Christmas time and the recent storm also caused further delays.
We do suggest that if your order is urgent to choose DHL at checkout instead as it is a next day service that is much more consistent right now.

Delivery very slow

Dear Customer,
We do apologise for the shipment delays. Your order was placed on Thursday the 4th December and we gave it to Anpost Courier that same day. It was an express next day service but they didn't deliver until the 11th. Unfortunately, all the couriers are very busy at this time of the year and they are all experiencing delays. We aim to ship every order the day it comes in so that there are no delays from our side.
We do have multiple courier options to choose from at checkout and for priority shipments at this time of the year DHL is the fastest option with consistent next day delivery.

Never received my package, no fault of the website but the courier company never delivered my order

Dear Customer,
We are very sorry about this. After speaking to the courier they tracked the delivery van to your neghbours address and stated that they had been delivered next door. We have opened a dispute with them about this since the parcel still can't be located and we agreed on the phone to resend your order for you but we are just waiting on some additional stock to arrive.
We apologise for this inconvenience but we will never make a customer pay for an order that they didn't receive.

We are very sorry for the courier delays. All the couriers are struggling at the moment with the amount of volume that they have, so there are some delays which are out of our control. We also offer DHL as an option and they are still managing to deliver next day.

We are very sorry for this delay. Unfortunately, this is one of the shipments that got caught up in the Fastway Bankruptcy. The customer was notified the same day the Fastway closure was announced.
It has since been reshipped with Anpost courier.
We apologise for the inconvenience but this was an unprecedented incident that came as a shock to everyone. We have communicated with all customers directly with updates and have worked hard to resolve the issue.
