Ordered a red pediatric stethoscope from their website

Too big for my head and neck
The neck traction pillow and the ear pillow I purchased are both too big for my head and neck. They should be available in a women's size and a men's size...

Hi, These are hard EVA heel lifts designed to raise your heel up. They can't be soft or they wouldn't raise up your foot. If you want a soft heel cushion then you would need the silicone heel cushions instead which are designed for comfort rather than lift.

We are very sorry for this delay. Unfortunately, this is one of the shipments that got caught up in the Fastway Bankruptcy. The customer was notified the same day the Fastway closure was announced.
It has since been reshipped with Anpost courier.
We apologise for the inconvenience but this was an unprecedented incident that came as a shock to everyone.

Great product but terrible packaging
The product is great but the packaging for delivery isn’t good enough for 2025. Buying an eco-friendly cork yoga mat and then having it delivered in a box with enough sellotape to double its own surface and depth seems a bit off.
