We never received any communication in relation to this issue and without notifying us we can't help get it sorted for you. 2 to 3 day delivery. I am now waiting 7 days and have been notified once that the goods have been delivered and twice since that they were going to be delivered that day. Still no delivery. Rubbish service

We are very sorry about the delay by the courier service. We did ship your order the same day you placed it and it should have been delivered the following day. Once we were made aware of the problem we contacted the courier right away. We have been liaising with them daily to get this sorted for you. Unfortunately, the driver left it at the wrong address initially and then recollected it and it's now out for delivery again today. These mistakes don't happen very often but they can slow down the delivery timeline when the driver has to go back on subsequent days and then try to deliver again. We apologise for the inconvenience.
