The owner Sean acknowledged the issue and i was refunded fully within a few days without any hassle. I felt Physiosupplies are very professional and are trustworthy seller. I can say that one can shop with them with closed eyes.

Wearing it 2 days now and feel the difference so far so good comfortable to wear. Not sure if you could do anything better I have no problem wearing it . My daughter bought a cousin off you for me and thats brilliant great help with my back thank you
I ordered a massage gun. Website was easy to use and it arrived the next day. Courrier phoned to say where he left it. Came with simple instructions and works well. Price good also. Nice to know it didn’t have far to come.
